I have never met staff as friendly and eager to please as these people. I was there whilst my wife was in hospital and they were so concerned and caring.A Pleasant stay at a stressful time. They even went out to the pharmacy to fetch medication and never expected a tip |

Good breakfast buffet and since Adana was hitting the 100+ degree mark during the day - the A/C worked great. Would go off when you left the room since you had to take your key card with you and so power went off but didn't take to long to get back to comfortable level once started. Good internet access in the room. |

Staff attitude was excellent, close to MW E90 to continue my journey to Istanbul Hotel facilities,such as air conditioning, lighting,internet and generally has old furniture. This hotel is not 5 star. |

otel personelinin her türlü olumsuzluğa rağmen saygılı ve gayretli olması Bu 5 yıldız almış otelde klimalar hiçbir şekilde çalışmıyor oda aşırı derecede sıcak olduğu için odamın değiştirilmesini istedim ama yeni odada da klima sadece ılık hava üflemekteydi Bu durumu sorduğumda çalışanlar merkezi klima olduğunu ve bu kadar çalıştığını söylediler. Bu fiyata klimasız bir otelde kalmış oldum. Kesinlikle 5 yıldızı hakketmiyor sıradan bir pansiyonda daha konforlu kalabilirdim. Otelin koridorları karanlık ışıkları açmıyorlar ekipmanlar çok eski. Şimdiye kadar birkaç defa bookin com dan otel rez. yaptırmıştım hiç böylesi bir durum olmamıştı kendimi kandırılmış gibi hissettim çünkü günlüğü 79 eu ya çok daha kalitelisini bulabilirdim. Adana gibi sıcak bir kentte klimasız bir oda da toplantıya seminer hazırlamak tam eziyet |

Das Frühstück. Die sehr laute Klimaanlage und der Standort des Hotels. Das Hotel befindet sich auf einer Haupstrasse im Zentrum, daher ist es sehr laut. |
