Excellent service and very friendly staff. Rooftop swimming pool is very nice and the breakfast is very good too. It was my second stay at this hotel. I would have liked more foreign TV channels in the room (only BBC Entertainment).

I stayed in this hotel and you have charged from me for 31.00 sq/mt room price but room was very small and size was only 15 sq/mt and I asked from hotel staff they told me hotel was full so we have this type room if they did not have 31.00 sq/mt room than you sholud not charge from me 31.00 sq/mt room price for future business you refaund my balance money thanks and regards rakesh gupta

Şehir içi olması artı puan. Çalışanlar da işlerini güler yüzle yapıyorlar. Otel, daha çok çalışanların sayesinde kalınacak yer haline gelmiş. Fakat, yönetimin biraz daha revize etmesi gereken şeyler var. Kaldığım gece 2 ayrı düğün vardı ve ses her yerden duyuluyordu. Sokaktan bile.

Personel, özellikle resepsiyonda çalışanlar çok ilgili ve ellerinden geldiği kadar yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlar. Kahvaltıda çeşitlilik ve lezzet iyiydi. Odaların özellikle banyonun mutlaka yenilenmesi gerekiyor. Rezervasyonda çalışanlar müşteri taleplerini tam olarak dikkate almıyorlar. Rezervasyonu yaparken belirtmiş olduğum 31 metrekarelik oda için oteli tercih ettiğim ve bu tarz oda yoksa rezervasyonun kabul edilmemesi yönündeki talebim göz önüne alınmamıştı. Resepsiyona durumu ilettiğimde derhal çözüm geliştirdiler ve bir üst seviye odada konaklama imkanı tanıdılar.

benim icin 30 yil sonra geldigim bir sehir ve yine 30 yil sonra kaldigim eski ama hos bir nostaljik otel.personeli ilgili,canayakin.yataklari rahat.konumu merkezi. odalarda artik bazi revizyonlara ihtiyac var.

The hotel was a welcome break from the work day, the breakfasts offered a great selection, honeycombe is lovely and the staff were very helpful when required. The pool area is very relaxing between the hours of 7-9pm (June). Few members of staff didn't speak english but they were very quick to find someone that did...
