Swimming pool was close...

everything is fine, just in the heart of the city. close to everywhere in walking distance.

rooms are noisy if you stay on the street side.

The Surmeli Adana is a nice hotel but it is old and right on a major traffic route. My room ( junior suite) was spacious and well laid out. The furnishings were of good quality and comfortable. The staff was very courteous and friendly. Willing to help out in any way they could. I thought the free breakfast was above average in quality and variety. The price for the services and accommodations was a real value.

As stated above the hotel is a bit older than I expected. There was major construction going on across the street and made it difficult to relax. Traffic was also loud from about 7:00 am till 8:00 pm. The elevator was not much bigger than a coat closet. Two people and their luggage could barely fit.

Very good value for money. Feel of a luxury hotel at a budget price. Room was huge and very well kitted out.

Schöner Swimming Pool, reichhaltiges Frühstück, Mitarbeiter Service zuvorkommend, Nice swimmingpool, lovely breakfast with national and international products, the service of the waitress personal is delighfull

Teilweise Tepichboden mit alten Flecken,aber trotzdem sauber gereinigt; Frühstücksraum (Restaurant) während Stoßzeiten übergbelegt some charpets have old stain plaches but clean wasched, the breakfast room is during "rush hour" very busy that it is not easy to find a place

Excellent location to explore the city for a day. Within easy walking distance of all the sites you need to see in Adana. The staff was very friendly and spoke excellent English and helped me with all my needs. The pool area was beautiful and is a nice place to relax in the midst of the hubub that is Adana.

The hotel could use some updating of the carpets and a bit better cleaning of the common areas.

People were extremely nice. Service is defenitively very good.

Rooms are old and need a renovation.

Nice friendly staff, very helpful, good location for shopping at mall, only 5 minutes in taxi.

The Head Chef for the restaurant was an absolute pleasure. His attention to our needs and overall genuinely friendly attitude made our stay. The staff were eager to please and very attentive. The hotel was beautiful and the room was marvelous. A wonderful place and well worth the money.

Yes, the music from the pool area was way too loud and was very very disturbing

The stuff are very kind and very helpful .. But the hotel is not like any 5 star hotel

Lobi personelinin müşteriyle iletişim kuramayacak kadar acemi oması,bekletilmek. Gece 01:00 e kadar devam eden müzik ve yemek kokusunun verdiği rahatsızlık. Kahvaltı ve diğer kullanılan gıda ürünlerinde(su vb) belirsiz markalara yer verilmesi.

Dekorasyon dizayn

Personel nazik, otelin konumu trafik ve gürültü açisindan uygun değil ama kent merkezinde olduğu için çok kullanişli. Ayrica, Adana doğal ve tarihi güzellikleri, sicak kanli insanlari ve çok sayida kaliteli restoranlariyla görülmesi, gezilmesi gereken bir kenttir.

Yedinci katta, saat 15.00-19.30 saatleri arasinda kaldik. Üst kattan çok yüksek müzik sesi geliyordu. Galiba üst katta müzikli bir etkinlik vardi. Gürültü o kadar fazlaydi ki odada değil uyumak, oturmak bile mümkün değildi. Otelinizin yabancisi değilim bu sorunu çözmenizi bir dost olarak tavsiye ederim.

Oda büyüklüğü, konfor, kahvaltı ve konum çok iyi.

Konumiu merkezi, ulaşımı iyi. Temiz.

öNe bakan odalar çok ses alıyor. Banyo küveti giderinden çıkan sular banyonum içine doluyor.

مستوى الغرفة متوسط اثاثا وسعة ولايقارن بفنادق الخمس نجوم بل بعض فنادق الاربع نجوم افضل منه

Personel in tamami kalifiye personel. İsin erbabi kisiler . Otel in mudurunden alt kademesine kadar tum arkadaslari tebrik ederim.

Banyo kuvet cikisi yer ile mesafesi bir hayli fazla , kaza , dusme olabilir . Tutunabilecek bir yer ne yazik yok hele hele ayaklar islakken kaza heran olabilir .internet bazinda kismi bazi kesintiler yasamis olmama ragmen isimi fazlaca aksatmadi

çalışan personeller cok ilgili ve güler yüzlüler,bendine cok teşekkürler.

odaların halıları

Belki şansıma tarafıma tahsis edilen oda o ana kadar bu otelde kaldığım odalardan en iyisiydi. Personel kapı girişinden oda girişime kadar aşırı pozitif ilgiliydi. daha önceki senelerde ki durumdan bir hayli olumlu bir gelişme olduğu gözden kaçmıyor.

Kaldığım tarihler arasında cadde üzerinde yapılan harfiyat işlemlerinden kaynaklı gürültü rahatsız ediciydi. bir diğer husus daha önceki senelerde bu otelde kalmış olmama rağmen kaydımın olmaması beni üzdü. sanki otel e ilk defa geliyormuşum gibi bir hava esti. Oda giriş kartlarının kalınan gün bazında yetki verilmemesi sıkıcı. her gün resepsiyona uğramak ve kartın giriş onayını almak zaman kaybı .

Daha onceki senelere gore verilen hizmet kalitesi arttirilmis. Girisinden odaya kadar her noktada calisanlarin size olan davranislari harika ... Konuk agirlamasi isini suan iyi yapiyorlar .

Daha once kalmam nedeniyle kaydimin oldugu bu otelde , suan kaydimi gorememis olmam uzdu. Kayitlarin sene devri yapilmiyor sanirsam . Booking fiyatlari otel in int sitesindeki rakamlarindan daha uygun olmasi sasirtici.

aile olduğumuzu görüp süit oda vermeleri, personelin yardımsever oluşu.
