There was a cockroach in the room I checked in. The room i was offered afterwards had a broken TV, blocked drawer and drinking glass wiıth old cigarette ash. The toilette had a bad smell and the room was next to the elevator. I asked for another change and was told it was not possible because all standard rooms were taken. |

The Staff where amazing, they could not be anymore friendly. The room was not 5 star (2 tops), it was very disappointing for a beautiful hotel. I change rooms to no success, they seriously need to update their rooms. |

High speed internet connection It is ranked as 5 star but it hardly is a 2 star hotel.The furniture has not been upgraded since 20 years ago.The swimming pool was not useable.The staff could not speak english.I had booked for 10 days but moved to another hotel within 2 days. |

otel tek kelimeyle rezaletti sanki 5 yıldızlı otelde değilde 3 yıldızlı yada bir misafirhanede kalıyormussunuz izlenimi veriyor odadaki eşyalar sanki 2. el eşya satan yerden alınmış ve konulmuş gibi eski ve demodeydi. kesinlikle bu fiyatı hakeden bir otel değildi. hizmetler çok yavaştı. havuz tadilattaydı ve odadaki internet 3 - 4 gün içinde hemen hemen hiç çalışmadı. |

Otel calisanlari guleryuzlu ve iyiydiler. Bu otel tamamiyle yenilenmelidir. Yeni yapilan 2-3 yildizli oteller bile bu otelden daha iyi durumda su anda. Yataklar konforlu degildi, sabah sirt ve bel agrisiyla uyandim. Odalar guzel degil, banyo 4 yildizli otel konforunda bile degil.Bu otel 5 yildizli olamaz. Odalar modern sekilde dosenmeli, dev mobilya tv kutusu yerine LCD konarak yer sorunu cozulmelidir. |

propere, ruime kamers, wel niet 5-sterren waard. Het indoor-zwembad leek me al jaren niet meer gebruikt te zijn en was ijskoud. Gewoon een koud dab in een onfrisse kelder. Sauna en de 5 gymtoestellen stonden ook in de kelder, worden amper gebruikt. Het ontbijt is ook geen vijf sterren waard. |
