I choose the hotel out of 2 reasons: fistly, it is a 5 star hotel then, the hotel is in the center of the city. however, my impression of the hotel is not that much good. i am a little bit disappointed with the so called 5 star hotel. this 5 star hotel has a long way to go with that of the international chained 5 star. like Shareton, Hilton, etc.

the location of the hotel is satisfactory. it's just 5 minute walking to "kizilay", from which you can find any transportation facilities to any where in Ankara. room service was really awful in this hotel. poor cleanings, residual things on room ground and bed after room service, open windows!!! the quality of foods (taste and presence) was poor also, specially for breakfast.

Adı bir marka ama maalesef kendisi artık o markayı taşıyamayacak duruma gelmiş. Yeri güzel ama eski devlet konukevleri gibi.. Hiiiiiiç kendini otelde hissetmiyorsun... Hele bir kahvaltı var ki evlere şenlik.

Temiz ve personel oldukça ilgili Odalar temiz ama az müşteri olmasına rağmen french bed seçneğinden başka odamız yok dendi.Yataklar birleştirildi,halbuki otel boştu.

nix, habe erfahren daß seit dem Tod des eigentümers das hotel von der ehefrau geleitet wird. Diese hat keinerlei ahnung von diesem buisness. Die vergebenen sterne stimmen nicht.. Die internetfotos haben mit dem was man vorfindet nichts zu tun.

Temiz, duzgun, booking den aldigim fiyata gore gayet hesapli. sikayetim yok. ama otel gibi degil de sanki devlet dairesi misafirhanesi gibi dizayn edilmis. ic dekorasyon icin iyi bir mimar eli degmesi gerek.

Otelden cikisimizi cok begendim, Otelin odalari cok eskimis, acilen renovasyona ihtiyaci var, bizim kaldigimiz gecenin sabahi BBP nin kurultayi vardi kavga gurultu icerisinde otelin yan kapisindan zor cikabildik, ayrica otel bir zamanlar 5 yildizliymis ama bugunun kosullarinda 3 yildiz bile almasi cok zor,

karşılama çok iyi, resepsiyon elemanları yardımcı ve profesyonel idi. Oda temiz, büyük ve şık döşenmiş ve mobilyalar ve yerleşimi fonksiyonel olarak planlanmıştı. Kahvaltı iyi hazırlanmış,içerik olarak yeterli ve lezzetli idi. Olumsuz diyebileceğim bir olay veya durum tespit edemedim.

Unfortunately secretary made the mistake of believing 5 stars in Turkey is actually true! Definitely not a 5 star hotel, 2.5 to 3 stars at best. Completely outdated interior and seems to be driven at lowest cost with max returns. Dirty and smelled, 2 things I cant stand...

In my view, the bed was so comfortable, and the price was so good and the location of hotel was very good. They do not have a good swimming pool and we couldn't use the pingpong..

bizim otelden çıkış yapacağımız günün sabahı bir siyası partinin otelde düzenlediği toplantı vardı. Bu toplantı anlatılır gibi değildi. Lobide bu siyasi partinin üyeleri kendi aralarında ve polis ile tartıştılar biz bu arada çok rahatsız olduk ve canımızı zor kurtardık bi daha değil sürmeli otelde kalmak kapısından geçmem. Birde ilk girişte resepsiyon işlemlerimizi yaparken buyurun dinlenin diyerek bize içecek ikram etmek istedi. Oğlum kahve istedi kahve ile birlikte ödeme fişi birlikte geldi ödemesini yaptık .Çok ayıp etdiler.
