nice hotel at a very nice location, near to the seaside & shopping centre of Kusadasi, basic rooms, but ok, nice hot shower and nice breakfast at roofterrace restaurant !

Useful for a cheap overnight stay when no other hotels are available. All inclusive package is worth nothing, the food is terrible with no choice and the drinks were non existent in the bar, the dining room was like a train station canteen and the floor was incredibly dirty as were the tables, there were also noisy kids running around the dining room causing mayhem. Internet connection didnt work, fridge was broken and obviously hadn't been working for months, also TV didn't work. The room was tatty and dated and desperately needed refurbishment.

hôtel idéalement placé à Kusadasi ,près de tout, un bon rapport qualité prix quand on sait que tout est compris, nuits, repas, boissons etc la tenue de l'hôtel laisse un peu à désirer, les chambres ne sont faites que tous les 3 jours

No he gusto. Es un hotel un poco venido abajo. La televisión no andaba. La limpieza regular. La comida regular. Pagamos en dinero efectivo y pedimos la factura o comprobante de pago y no nos la quisieron dar. Espero no me lo carguen también a la tarjeta de crédito.

Surtel otel merkezde olduğundan canımız sıkıldığında şehri gezebilmemiz çok iyi geldi. Havuzun binanın çatısında olması öncesinde garip gelse de otele gittiğimizde çok hoşumuza gitti, her yerden güneş alması ve hemen yanında barı olması çok güzel olmuş. Havuz küçük ama yeterli(her gün ilaçlanması iyi), nihayetinde serinlemek için havuza giriyoruz. Odalar gayet geniş ve ferahtı, balkonu da yeterli büyüklükteydi. Personelin sıcaklığı ve yaklaşımı çok iyi, yemekler güzeldi. Sonuçta 3 yıldızlı bir otel ama 5 yıldızlı otellerde göremeyeceğimiz ilgi ve alakayı gördük. Resepsiyonistlerden tutun barmeni,aşçısı,temizlikçileri ve diğer çalışanlarına kadar çok güler yüzlü insanlar. Otelde her gün odanın temizlenmesi ve nevresimlerin değiştirilmesi güzel. Ayrıca denize de çok yakın. Herşey dahil sistemde tavsiye edebileceğim bir otel. Her yönüyle çok memnun kaldık gerçekten.

На сайта е посочено, че предлагат безплатен паркинг, без да е уточнено, че местата са ограничени и недостатъчни.При пристигането ни нямаше свободни места и бяхме насочени към най-близкия платен паркинг, като ни беше заявено от управителката, че проблема не е техен. Носете си сапун, защото в хотела ви се полага един на всеки три дни.

L'hotel a l'avantage d'etre en hyper centre de kusadasi. la restauration est trés mauvaise. Le mobilier est trés ancien et la piscine est trés petite.

It is a very bad hotel. The information in the Web page is completely false. The hotel staff is very unpleasant and unfriendly, Internet does not work, there is not parking. It is a very noisy hotel and it is impossible to sleep. Actually there is nothing that I liked.
