The staff was extremely friendly, the room, although not very big, comfortable and very clean, breakfast was excellent

Sometimes, returning to the hotel later in the evening, we felt a bit unsafe as the road was very empty and quiet.

The staff of the hotel was very polite and helpful. When we arrived they offered us cake,sweets and biscuits and when we left they invited us for a drink. The room was big and clean and in very good price. The breakfast had an amazing variety of food, that even looked like an early lunch.

Although polite and helpful, almost nobody from the staff spoke english. The room seemed a little bit empty. A sofa or some chairs and a table would make it more cosier. The location was a little bit uncomfortable at night. Although it was close to the sea and right in the center, there was a strange atmosphere at night and especially women might feel real uncomfortable walking around the area alone.

Very friendly and helpful staff even though some had limited English, but in fairness we have extremely limited Turkish so they did much better than us! We stayed 2 days then came back after 2 days away for another 3 days and used as a base to visit Ephesus and Pamukkale. The hotel is right in the centre so in the rush hour the traffic is heavy, but on the plus side it is within walking distance of the water front with its cafes and bars as well as the pier with its shops and restaurants. Overall very good value for money.

Small point but after 5 days (which is probably longer than most peope stay) the breakfast could do with a little variety. Mini bar in room but no glasses to drink from.

Arrived 11.30pm staff excellent, took keys and parked car in nearby car park and brought bags to room. Booked a double room but we were given two singles but changed next day without having to ask

welcome treats upon arrival and they were only too happy to help with anything we asked for and switch our rooms, offer tea and coffee etc etc

Shower over flowed abit and wifi didnt reach our room as it was at the end of the corridor

Everything was ok. And moreover, the staff is very kind and eager to help and to share with customers.

My stay was not long enough to learn more Turkish words and sentences !

Excellent staff. I left my passport at the hotel. A member of the staff proceeded to rush to the airport to pass me the passport to ensure I would be on time for my flight. A welcome plate of snacks, good porter service, staff even parked and retrieved my car for me. Great hotel. Couldn't have asked for more!!

not much to say...everything was good: the room, the fact that there was a parking, the breakfast (with a large choice wich is rare for an hotel at this price!!) and of course the facilities.The staff was also very friendly and helpfull. I definatly recommend this hotel!!

All the staff were very helpful. And good location for transportation and shopping.

I liked the location, the cleanlinesses of my room and its simplicity. Breakfast was also enjoyable.

Poor command of English would cause problem every now and then. The the lack of English spoken channels on the TV was also frustrating. V.O.D. would also be handy.

Staff very attentive with welcoming tray of cakes. There was tea and good coffee available all day in the foyer. Wifi was excellent.

Room had a very small bathroom with bi folding door which was difficult to close. Room was very noisy from street noises and there was no table to set up computer on.

I liked staff very much! Very friendly and welcoming!
