SV Business Hotel  

First time I made reservation the hotel staff called me at 5 pm and I missed the call and when I arrived at 9 pm the reservation was calncelled. Second time again they called two times to confirm that I am coming and it was fine. However, I forgot few personal things in the hotel and nobody called me at all to say the things are with them. I find this attitude as very unfriendly and unprofessional. If I made reservation - I will certainly come or cancel it.

Diyarbakır is a nice city with a lot of historic monuments to see. The kitchen is also very attractive with delicious kebabs and meals. The hotel was at a central position, easy to reach by car and foot.

Location is excellent. Within the city wall, closed to ulu camil and pasha hasankey Han, Virgin Mary church.

It was a grand hotel, clean and functional. Breakfast was fine. Room was larger and clean. Parking on the street. Helpful staff.

It is expensive for what you get compared to similar hotels in other cities. The area isn't great if you veer off the main routes, but most hotels seem to be in this area (hassle with kids during the day).

I liket the extreme friendliness of the staff. My car was taken care of upon arrival and my requests were promptly executed. I will definitely stay in this hotel in during my coming visits to DB.

Very comfortable, centrally located. Made several day-trips from there.

Staff were extremely helpful. They looked after the car and parked it. When it had developed a punture, a member of staff took it and us to the garage and got it fixed - going the extra mile. The rooms were peaceful and comfortable and clean. We were on a main street but it was not noisy at night.

There was a rooftop restaurant, but the choice was limited.

The room was too small to be for four persons.

We stayed one night in SV Business Hotel. We choose for this hotel mainly because it provided a private parking place for our car. On our arrival a member of the hotel staff drove our car to this place (apparently it's close to the hotel) and in the morning he drove the car back in front of the hotel. Our room in this hotel was clean and cool, nothing to complain about. Electricity disappeared now and then, but that's a Diyarbakir problem I think.

The breakfast was OK (lots of options), except for the bread which was quite hard.

The hotel is in the downtown, not far from the city walls. Ulu cami, karavan serai is in walking distance. Staff was really helpful, we were on the way to Nemrut dag, they helped us to find the schedule of the ferry-boat. Although Ramadan period breakfast was quite ok.

Hotel compared to other hotels in similar cities, quite expensive, and the rooms wasn't like on the hotels homepage. The room was quite small smeling a cigarettes, bed like a bigger single bed.after our arrivel they prought the second towels. We had also to pay prior to occupy the room.

Don't expect any kind of cosyness here, the room ok but quite dark, and cold-lighted. Bathroom could some maintainance works...

Buena unbicacion, buena atencion, desayuno ok

Dit hotel is absoluut een aanrader voor wie er enkel kamer met ontbijt neemt.

Het diner 's avonds was een afknapper van formaat en voldeed geenszins voor een 4-sterren hotel: warme witte wijn, gekoelde rode wijn, chaotische volgorde van de gerechten, een minimum aan keuze en absoluut niet fijn bereid.Na onze opmerkingen hieromtrent de eerste avond werden er 's anderendaags wel tafellakentjes gelegd, werd het terras sfeervol opgetut maar alweer ontbrak hier duidelijk een kok van hoger niveau die wat meer kon dan enkel spaghetti bereiden!

Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is decent. Good for business travel.

It's not exactly like on the pictures. Price/Value ratio is not so good.

Kleine Zimmer aber sehr gemütlich,sehr freundliche und erstklassige Mitarbeiter. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ebenso erstklassig,wesentlich besser als im Green Park Hotel mit 5 Sternen und 40€ pro Nacht billiger. Zentrale Lage.

Das unglaubliche Benehmen der türkischen Gäste, lautes Geschreie, Türenschlagen, Kinderlärm bis um Mitternacht.
