Yeni bir otel, ilginç ve güzel bir oda tasarımı, çok rahat yatak, sessiz oda.
Türkiye'de bir otelden (yabancı kökenli de olsa) kahvaltıdan ayrı ücret (hele kişi başı 30 YTL gibi) alınmamalı. Otelin lobisini genişletmek gerekli (Daha çok 3 ya da 4 yıldızlı br otelin lobisi gibi duruyor)
