Location, rooms are big and clean

nice location, comfy rooms. attentive staff.

although the sheets and towels looked clean some had hair on it, some were stained..I think there is an issue with the laundry. executive lounge facilities are poor. won't be worth paying extra to get an executive room.

The stuff was super kind. Breakfast was extraordinary. Room was really clean.

The staff serving the breakfast and the bellboys provide a good service.

Food was unacceptable. Salty and not fresh especially the breakfast buffet. Front desk attitude is not a typical Swissotel experience. They don't gratitude the customer requests . Such a disappointing experience we have . Swissotel managers in Zurich has to change the general manager and the staff if they want to continue their legacy.

A smaller hotel than I have expected but me and my husband had a very good time. We stayed at a corner room and it was perfect. Spa was smaller than i thought...And it is hard to find space and make massage appointments.. But we managed to find ourselves an available time and had a sweat heart couple massage and it was perfect!

High quality for relative good pricing

Pricing of the drinks in the bar were relative expansive.

staff is not as expected, however for short stay it will not harm to me it was beneficial because it's next to my meeting area.

for example if you want to go to swimming pool you have to pay for the cape they made it as "its their internal rule to sell cape" this is ridicules

The spa and pool were excellent

The service was not up to the standard of a 5 star hotel. The room was not ready on arrival and my requests were not noted so we had to wait and move from room to room. Breakfast was poor and very bad service. All in all not what you expect from such a hotel.

The spa & fitness facilities were perfect. Brand new cardio and free weight equipments. Very spacious.

Location, staff, gym (excellent!!!)

housekeeping a bit in a hurry to clean room in the morning and knocking at door too often although "do not disturb" light was on; packs of dogs barking intensely during the night (my room was on the back side of the hotel). charge for internet connection. Disproportionately high breakfast price (not included in room charge).

Odalar, Kahvaltı, Çalışanların ilgisi üst düzeydeydi. Swiss otel kalitesini sonuna kadar hissediyorsunuz.

temizlik, banyo dizaynı, asansörün anahtarlı olması

Bu ikinci konaklayisimiz, temizligi,spa merkezi ve konumu dolayisi ile tercih ediyoruz.Kahvalti cesitliligi ilk gelisimize gore daha iyi ve gelismis. Bundan memnuniyet duyduk.

Personel ozellikle spa merkezi lobisine daha ozenle secilmeli.Patavatsiz ve gereksiz yorumlari ile son gun tad kacirdilar.

Kahvalti: kahvalti servis elemanlari yabancilara karsi ilgili ama Türklere karsi ilgisiz hic bakmiyorlar ancak peslerinden israrla cagirmak gerekiyor ve maalesef asik suratlilar, getirdigi bardak kirli oldugu halde temiz diye iddia etti birisi! maalesef güne kötü basladim bu yüzden...

Şehir merkezine yakın, uygun fiyat/kalite dengesi. Swiss otel kalitesinde... Kahvaltı beklentileri karşılıyor...

Yatağımızı beğenmediğimizi belirtmemiz üzerine dedemandan çok daha kısa sürede odamızın değiştirilmesi

даже в самом дешёвом отеле не бывает пятна на ковре. двери в номере открываются так, что не пройти, не выйти. интернет платный, 19 $ за сутки. это называется- лезть в карман к клиенту.

Güler yüzlü ve ilgililer, bazı otellerde insan yorulabiliyor swıss te yorulmadım, keyifliydi.
