Very well run hotel with good services in an ideal location Some of the light coloured carpets in the room and corridors were marked/stained. |

Gymnasium and pools excellent. Good location. Staff follow up on any issue is non existent which is disappointing in a hotel of this stature. Not good value for money. Many marks on carpet, not expected at this type of Hotel. |

Hotel staff were marvelous and responsive to all our needs. We had need of Wifi and printing out of our airline tickets which were provided free and was not problem. We found a missing towel and bathrobe in our room and they were supplied promptly. Excellent attention, professionalism and friendliness of all hotel staff. |

Nice to return to the site after 40 years, nice gardens. This is a new rebuilt. Corridor carpets and room carpets were heavily stained throughout. Receptionist had no explanation nor apologies.Room allocated was very far away, even though hotel was far from fully occupied. |

Hotel con caratteristiche decisamente superiori rispetto ad altri nella zona. Posizione centrale, buoni servizi, staff cordiale e disponibile. Direi ottimo. Prezzo elevato delle camere. La colazione 22EUR/persona è decisamente un furto!! |

Konumu, dekorasyonu, imkanları son derece iyi Housekeeping tam bir skandal. Saat15:00 de odaya ulaştığımda halen temizlenmemişti. Şampuan ve duş jeli yenilenmemişti. Defalarca aramalarımla ancak temin edebildim. |

Sfeervol hotel met goede voorzieningen, correcte service, prachtig uitzicht, zowel aan voor- en achterzijde. Gunstige ligging (loopafstand 5 min.) naar goede rerstaurants aan de boulevard. Gerwoon een tophotel. |

Bu otel tipinde bir çok otelde kaldım fakat ilk defa fiyata kahvaltı dahil olmadığını gördüm bilerek rezervasyon yaptım fakat bu muhteşem otelde bence bir eksi olarak haneye yazılır evet süper hizmetler ve temizlik fakat fiyatın içerisinde kahvaltıda olması lazımdı. |

Очень вежливы. Персонал хорошо подобран. Номер уютный. Отличный СПА. Завтраки шикарные. Рекомендую сходить в ресторан на терасе. В каждый вечер был банкет по случаю свадьбы. Достаточно шумно для остальных. |

Staf en overige medewerkers zijn uitemate dienstbaar vriendelijk en behulpsaam. Niets was heb te veel! De natte ruimte van de rolstroel/ gehandicapte kamer kan beter! Meer wand beugels! Voorzien van een hoog toillet. |
