as it was the first time for us the location of the hotel was good,the staff were friendly and helpful the breakfast was excellent.

Very clean, staff very nice and helpful, fantastic location on a relatively quiet street, close to all major shopping in Kordon area of Izmir and some great restaurants too.

Food in Swiss Cafe a bit overpriced. The same tomato and kashar sandwich that costs 2 tl out on the street is 17 tl and Cokes which are about 1.50 tl outside are 5 tl inside. If you want to eat, go out in town and save yourself a bunch of money.

There could be more jacuzzi pools and the breakfast could be cheaper !!!

I found the staff to be amazingly attentive to my every need. The green space around the hotel was a welcome sight and a relaxing space to have when in a city environment

This is a comfortable and service oriented deluxe hotel with Swiss flair and Ottoman hospitality. A modern , elegant and relaxing place to enjoy a great spa.

The Hotel felt like a luxury beach resort but in the middle of the city.. And you didn't feel like your were in the city until you left the hotel as the pool and gardens were contained by the hotel buildings to create a private and relaxed atmosphere. The indoor pool was as excellant as the outdoor pool and all the facilities were highly maintained. Little things like having free water bottle in the pool locker was nice... The sauna and stem room with relaxation music was a nice touch... The room itself was good size and perfectly laid out with separate bath and walkin shower. There was a balconey to every room... The hotel is apparently quite old but it looks new from inside and out... The older hotel tends to have larger rooms which means you get the modern interior with larger rooms... Little things like pleanty of complementary coffee was nice and the use of an Iron and board for the full stay was nice as some five star hotels insist you use the dry cleaning service which make you feel like they are money grabbing. This was not the case for the swissotel. I was completely relaxed in what was truely five star hotel. I can't believe you can get this luxary in the centre of the city centre.

The best I like is the staff kindness, especially Mr. Kaan on the reception as well as mehmet the bellboy. Kaan is so helpful and would like to thank him for his professional service. I also liked the location and the breakfast of the hotel.I Definitlty can say that this a real 5 stars hotel and the best hotel in izmir.
