Swissôtel Grand Efes Izmir

As a repeat customer of the hotel, this time, I was very disappointed with my room. It was very small, with street view, and it was reserved (and paid of course), as an executive room. The Greek TV channel it isn’t any more in the TV program list (they have many Greeks customers), the staff of the reception reacted ironically with me and my wife, when I told them my problem, especially at my departure.The situation was inacceptable at that category of hotel! I’m afraid, that was the last time that i went in this hotel. Too bad…They lost a fanatic customer of them.

After an exhausting two weeks in Turkey sailing on a Gulet... it was a pleasure to sink into the luxurious bed with whisper soft linens and dine on international cuisine. a perfect way to end my trip before departing back to the states. There wasn't a thing this hotel didn't think of to accomodate the comfort of their guests.

Food very pricey... and there were screaming... and I mean screaming... children running around their luxurious rooftop restaurant disturbing all the diners. no effort was made to quiet these children. When I asked my wait staff if they could do something, they just shrugged their shoulders and ignored many diners' requests. It ruined a very expensive dining experience.

Hotel's location is excellent.The room was comfortable and silent.

Everything was perfect. We really liked the hotel and it was worth the money spent. We would definitely stay there again and recommend to our family and friends. Excellent service, excellent hotel!!!

The access to Executive lounge was very relaxing and the Sky bar was very pleasant and great view

The meals and wine was very expensive which encouraged us to eat else where

My stay at the Grand Efes was very pleasant. My rooms was well furnished and had a large bathroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast is very nice but to expensive for business travellers with limited time!

Gymnasium and pools excellent. Good location.

Staff follow up on any issue is non existent which is disappointing in a hotel of this stature. Not good value for money. Many marks on carpet, not expected at this type of Hotel.

Strak ingericht. heerlijke kamers en badkamers. Voortreffelijk ontbijt (extra) en heerlijk zwembad. Koele oase om in thuis te komen na bezoek drukke stad. Dichtbij boulevard en kust.

Oteldeki gereksiz otomasyon yüzünden kendinizi kaybedip cildirabilirsiniz. Ayrica koridor terörü yaşanmakta. Koridorlari cok cok uzun ve yorucu. Bunun affedilebilir olmasi icin 1500 adet sanat eseri koridorlara ve otelin muhtelif yerlesine serpistirilmis, fakat biz muze gezmek icin orada degildik ki!. Müsteri sirkülasyonu da cok kotu cözülmüs. Odalari cok soguk bir tasarim cizgisinde. Ofiste misiniz? yoksa otel odasinda mi? Izmir Swissotel'in konsepti neyi amacliyordu dogrusu merak ediyorum?? Kisacasi hayal kirikligi ve diger Swissotellerle kiyaslanamacak kadar kötü bir dekorasyona ve finishinglere sahip.
