Everything were wonderful !! The room with sea view is specially wonderful. The staffs were kind. We enjoyed hotel stay very much. Only one thing, we sleeped with displaying "Don't disturb", and the maid made a phone call before noon "More 1 hour or 2 hours?". It was regrettable. |

We got a great deal on line and were upgraded for very little extra to a room with full view of the Bosphorus. there was no hair conditioner, the toilet brush went missing the second day, i was charged different prices for the same ice cream in the pool side cafe |

Had a good point of view of the city. Room cares are elegant. Heated toilet benches also felt so good. Chef is really good at his work. Service personnel is also great and able to talk many languages fluently. Furnitures & decorations are getting old for both the rooms & executive lounge, so they all must be renewed. Needless provisions are 100 Eu per day and pricey. Drinks service in the executive lounge must not be self service. Food serviced at executive lounge does not have a timelined menu. Minibar prices must at least be halved. Restaurant is also pricey. |

Comfortable clean room, kind personnel willing to help.Nice Bosphorous view.5 star hotel hospitality. Bed needs a more comfortable matress.Furniture at lobby need refreshment, Internet access should be free for a 5 star hotel. |

Collection from the airport was efficient, the persnal attention from duty manager upon arrival very friendly and professional. The location is nice, view from our rooms fabulous. Plenty we did not like: The food in general is substandard and way too expensive for the quality. We are not concerned about spending money, paying 900 euro per night for our suite and another 350 for our 2 children. but the food is just poor; 6 star prices for 3 star quality. The hotel is dated, maintenance is struggling, for example peeling wallpaper in the suite. Half the restaurants are always closed. In our case the Swiss Cottage, the Japanese and Chinese restaurant. Considering the quality of the food in general that might actually qualify as good news though! The indoor swimming pool was closed (maintenance). The hotel got 5 stars an estimated 25 years ago; it is time to take one off and get back to reality, 4 stars. |

Excellent stay, nice location, good staff, great facilities Everything was great except 1) constant problems with central airconditioning (sudden breakdowns, always hot...) 2) pricing for foods and drinks inside ..eh, a little ambitious. |

I enjoyed the Bosphorus view from my room, i like the Spa, Turkish hammam and other amenities. The air conditions in the rooms was not cold enough, it was fixed after multiple visits by maintenance, also the safe box was not functioning in the the excecutive room! Breakfast at excecutive lounge was not up to the expected level and lack variety of food. In other Hotels, you have the choice to get breakfast in the main resturant or excecutive lounge, while in the Swiss Hotel you don't have this choice and you will be charged 50% of the Breakfast Boufet in the main resturant. Another intersting point in such Moslim country is that women are not allowed to use the swimming pool or the Jacuzi if they are wearing islamic wear, as the hotel policy states women have to have "two pieces" to be permitted in the pool!! |

Although I was there with my family during peak season , we haven't feel that something was missing. We stayed in executive rooms and had great time during 8 days. Frankly the hotel is excellent I have no comments on something I didn't like simply because everything was perfect irrespective of the fact that hotel during our stay was fully booked |

The staff all spoke excellent English. They were courteous and helpful at all times. Having an execetive room allowed us access to snacks at all times. These were beautifully prepared and constantly fresh. We also benefitted from a two hour free drinks bar nightly. The restaurant had stunning views of the city, similarly the rooftop bar.The entire hotel was spotlessly clean. |
