Nice view. Good helpful staff. Brilliant food. Good selection of city tours. Calmness. Easy to get a taxi. Extra charge for TV. Why not include it into the cost of the room? |

This is a fabulous 5-star hotel with a great view of the Bosphorus. Very luxurious and quiet. We got our own espresso machine ! I didn't like that we didn't get free internet which is offered in most lower class hotels in Istanbul. Also only pay-per-view tv was offered which was well organized with lcd screen and Bose speaker but was expensive. The hotel location is a bit remote, you need a taxi to get anywhere. |

Perfect service, absolutely 5-star-quality. We had a wonderful room with a very nice view. And the best hotel bed I ever slept in... The cost of 35 Euro per person for the breakfast is just too high. We found a nice cafè close to the hotel where we had breakfast on the first morning. On the second morning we allowed ourselfs the breakfast buffet in the hotel. It was nice and extensive but the price of 35 is just exaggerated. The hotel is very big and therefore also impersonal. Of course every guest is treated in a very friendly and professional way. But the entrance area, lobby and long corridors are just too huge and busy to create a personal atmosphere. |

I liked the staff and the service Very expensive internet charges, they charge 19.50 euro a day for internet services. This is ice age thinking and might stop me form staying there in the future |

Absolutely superb hotel. The service was excellent with a focus on every little detail to make our stay unique. Upgraded to an executive room with a view to the Bosphorus on arrival, we enjoyed complimentary drinks and snacks at the executive lounch. Excellent view of the Bosphorus from the dining room and most rooms. Buffet breakfast is utterly recommended, not only by the great variety of items served but by the wonderful view to the sea and gardens from the terrace. Nice spa. Staying at Swisshotel will undoubtedly contribute to the best memories of your stay in Istanbul. Will be very happy to return!! |

Very poor breakfast in the Executive Lounge. Second day we went to have breakfast in the Swiss Cafe but we're charged by 50% of breakfast cost, although we our rate was inclusive of breakfast. |

The hotel satff were very friendly and helpful. In general most of the rooms have Bosphorus view which is magnificient. I didn't like the high rate of the internet usage. The hotel didn't have a shuttle bus to Sultan Ahmet Area and to Taksim square which is big disadvantage when you take into acount the high room rate and the taxi charge |

The View of the Bosphorus has to be the best in Istanbul. The Lounge is very comfortable, and overlooks the old town and Bosphorus. Spa facilities very good. None of the food was good - less than average. Too many visible repair jobs.Air Conditioning temperature cannot be controlled - only the blower. Rooms and bathrooms are in urgent need of refurbishment. Difficult to get a table even if you stay in an Executive Room..Executive Lounge seems to be made available to many more than the Executive rooms can accommodate, including Group travelers, and anyone who has booked with breakfast included. Formerly, Lounge was more strictly reserved. |

The Hotel is not far from busy and shopping areas so it is quite and good but it is located on a s mall hill where you have to claimb up any time you walk to, overall the hotel is good, The only bad think I expereinced during my stay was the bed not confortable at all, I even tried to sleep on the ground to feel better. |
