Fantastic view over Bosphorus from top floor, excellent pool and park Bosphorus seaside view executive room turned to be standard room on backside of the building, with triangle window looking onto other one. So, Bosphorus could be viewed with 90 degree angle only. Breakfasts could be of more variety. |

We liked everything except for the cost. Our room was lovely and had a fantastic view of the Bosphorus. It was very clean and comfortable. The Staff was very friendly without being overly familiar. The bellboy remembered me from my last visit. We ate all our meals at the hotel and it was all very good. Check-in and check-out was very efficient. Everything about this hotel is very expensive. They would do well to have some things be a little more budget friendly. |

nice location with the view of bosphorous Yes, absoulutely. You know when the house is full, there is no time for special needs,So i was difinitely disappointed cos having paid exorbitiantly, and not been able to have at least the room i wanted and late check out. Had to compromise on the type of room and even a spa apt was impossible. So really not worth all money paid. Definitely will not go back again! |

Mostly i loved SPA and sport facilitie of the hotel. Outside territory and bosforus view were also great! I was surprised that at the breakfast (even additionally paied) there is no normal cafe (like italian espresso o turkish coffe) is served - only nescafe from automatic mashine. That should be changed |

The service at the Executive Lounge. The magnificent views to Bosphorus and city. The breakfast offered to the Executive Lounge is of rather limited choice. |

The Amrita Spa was absolutely top notch. The hotel staff, without exception were always pleasant, courteous and extremely helpful. THe service was outstanding in all respects. I would go back to this hotel in a heart beat. |

The landscaping of the hotel. The scenic view. The food was great. The internet is not free. The hotel is a bit expensive. The location is a bit remote however you can walk (10 -15 minutes) to the first metro station (Kabatash). |

the hotel has a beautiful view to the bosphorous. the breakfast was great and one of the best. there was no tea making facilities in the room. there was a coffee(espresso ) making machine which you had to pay for. |

It was fine. Room, service, food, stuff - no complaints. Breakfast was very delicious. But what I didn't like (again!) - they tried to charge us for way too overpriced drinks and snacks from minibar. In the hotel of such high level I shouldn't doublecheck my bill at the check-out point and tell them "I didn't eat it". |

the location, the comfort and design of the room, the service from all the staff, the business lounge, the fitness room and it's facilities, the overall stay in Istanbul having paid for a room including breakfast I was restricted to the complementary breakfast at the business lounge and not to the one offerd as buffet breakfast in the regular restaurant of the hotel (unless an extra payment of 15 euro /pers). |

The restaurant selection, especially the Japanese Miyako was very good, the room was well decorated and of right size, and we also liked the pool area and the spa The hotel is not easily accessible by walk |
