The hotel is a fabulous one, we enjoyed the restaurant on valentine night so much. the food , music & environment was fantastic. But the weak point was the breakfast we had in executive lounge which comparing to the one is serving in downstairs was so poor & not completed at all. |

Very comfortable rooms and excellent view to the Bosphorus Some of the concierge staff should be more helpful with directions or addresses especially when you have to take a taxi. No taxi driver speaks english. |

The room rate was amazingly low! Spa was huge and confortable, staff always eager to pleasing you. The view from hall and food court is breathtaking, right "into" Bosphorus. Everything you order is extra (of course) and rather expensive, can't compare to low room rates. Standard Bosphorus rooms have partial view, after all. One out of four concierge (bald bloke) wasn't helpful and always tried to make you book events for which they were likely to be recgnized commission. By the way, avoid Darvish, Oriental hous and enjoy Galata Tower Show, cosy and top class |

The price was reasonable for the comfort and overall quality. The spa was great. At the heart of Istanbul. It was a pleasent stay. I highly recommend. The bed was rather old and was it would not suit a 5 star hotel. |

I stayed in the swiss business execative room with Bosphorus view during the first week of December . We have access to the private lounge all day and the food/ service was excellent .Also, the view from the room and lounge was perfect . |
