the hotel staff and employee were speaking very well English language compared to other hotels. and they were very helpful. the location of hotel if you want to go out walking to nearby Besiktas or up to Taksim you should be atheletic since the hotel is located on something like hill. The nearby parks are a bit nice to walk through. |

Every possible thing to add to the comfort of your guests had been thought of. We were very happy with all aspects of the hotel. The only small criticism was the breakfast arrangement in the Executive Lounge, the armchair seating was rather uncomfortable while eating. |

•The nice view. From this hotel you can see the Bosphorus and the opposite side of Istanbul •The location of this hotel, where it can be reached easily, and not so far from the down town. •The good service and the nice team working at the executive lounge. Really I found the team very helpful to provide the services at all the time with smile faces. Generally, the hotel is very good, however I feel it needs some renovation and upgrade to the rooms to meet the current new hotel styles |

Excellent service (all staff speak fluent english -which is not the case in some hotels in Turkey, Izmir especially), spacious room with a large desk and working area, beds are extremely comfortable, a beautiful new renovated Spa (highly recommended). I definitively recommend this hotel and will stay there again. The only few things that may be improved are the wireless internet (there is a fee per hour or day if you wish to get connected) and the complexe utilisation of the tv with keyboard. Five stars hotel like the Swissotel should offer free wireless to his guests and provide either a manual or a functional keyboard to use the tv. |

Excellent rooftop bar, pool and spa facilities Small bath tub; overpriced breakfasts; recommendations by concierge as regards bard/restaurants were not very good. Free wifi should be a norm in a 5* hotel - connection now significantly overpriced. |

A very good hotel with generally helpful staff. I didn't like the placement of the room. I asked for a Bosphorus view and offered to pay more and was brushed off. The front desk staff was not particularly helpful. |

A luxury 5star hotel, aligned with descriptions in the internet. The staff is very friendly and is clearly trained to solve any problem of the client. The breakfast buffet is really great, the views are sensational and location of the hotel is closeby public transport which is perfect if you want to visit the famous cultural sites in Istanbul. We enjoyed the executive lounge service as a place to relax with superb views. The hotel is getting old, however well maintained, but needs modernization. For example, the bathroom is really old and old fashion. The executive lounge service is rather poor and not available whole day long. I am allergic and I suffered a lot in our room because of the cleaning products they used, it might be a recommendation to use non-allergic products to clean. |

Hotel situated in lovely grounds with super liesure facilities as one would expct from a 5* Hotel. Well situated for all tourist attractions and transport links. Would highly recommend the full ferry trip up the Bosphorus! Stunning views of the Bosphorus from the Hotel. Prices for food and drink at the hotel were just silly! Even by normal 5* standards. Therefore we simply refused to use the hotel for these purposes. However plenty of resturants and bars to chose from within easy reach. But the hotel must be losing revenue opportunites with its silly pricing policy. |

The hotel is beautifully situated to view the Bosphorus and beyond to the old city and the Asian portion of Istanbul. It's a warm and welcoming luxury hotel in every sense of the word. |

I very much apreciated the SPA, indoor swimming pool, the gym and the excellent Japanese restaurant.All of this in conjunction with the great view. the check out staff member was not very well focused. |

The hotel is very nice, with beautiful views over Bosphorus, and has great facilities such as spa and swimming pools. Staff was friendly, and I enjoyed the stay. Would return again. We booked executive room with kink size bed and Bosphorus view, but it took us a while to argue about that upon check in. At the end we got only partial Bosphorus view ans smaller size room as on the picture. Breakfast is kind of limited and coffee is awful. Otherwise a very nice and pleasant experience. |
