Säkerheten kring inpassage till hotellet !

Dåligt läge ! Obekväma sängar ! Svårtillgängligt svårt att hitta någonstans att äta I anslutning utanför hotellet ! Dåligt att det inte ingår frukost I ett så pass dyrt hotell !

Every thing is perfect

They didn't allow to my daughter to swim with islamic clothes, which make her fell so sad especially when the response lady their take her out of the swimming pool , I think if this is their rules must put note about this, but as a free country they must allow this,, because this is allowed in all other hotels in turkya.

Exellent staff

Very poor tailotes just like two star hotel.same week I stayed at crown plaza near grand bazar. Crown plazza bathrooms is far better than swiss hotel.i will not recommend this hotel for any moslem who cares about praying fife times a day because of the toilets

Staying at Swisshotel The Boshporus has been a wonderful experience. Everything was great: the location, the rooms, the food, the service...I strongly suggest it!

The Swissotel is in the perfect location for spectacular veiws and it is in a prime location for visiting the many historical locations.

I was first allocated a different room from that I specificly asked for & paid for but when I clear this with the reception they have allocated the right room for me.

Wi-Fi/Internet: 15,90 €/day - these days, this is absolutely not correct

I liked the quality of services in the hotel and quick answer to any of my request i liked a lot the services the concierge staff are providing to customers, the hotel fully booked but i didnt feel any inconveniece related to crowd

What I didnt like was the way the hotel just added random drinks to my bill, which had to be clairfied at check out, over 40€ where are added

Spacious, overlooking the bosphor, food, service, general atmosphere..lobby...

Well, pretty much everything met my expectations. I had some problems with credit card while checking in but the staff at reception was very kind helping to solve the problem and though I did it myself the attention was nevertheless very positive. other things: breakfast was very good as well, taxi service too. I like that in order to prevent any cheating from taxi drivers the doorman gives you a card with the taxi plate asking to inform hotel service should you note that you were charged too much. I graded hotel service as excellent for that. Location is also very good: 15-20min to the Old city and 40min to the Ataturk airport. All in all, I liked my stay there and probably choose the same hotel next time I am in Istanbul.
