The staff of the hotel was very polite and flexible. The breakfast was also good. The deluxe room is very comfortable there (doesn't have a balcony). It takes 25-30 minutes to get to the historical center by metro, but even Taksim district is good enough for walking around. |

Location is optimal transport wise - close to shuttle hotel form airports and to Metro. yet not to close to the roads. Large rooms, Coffee/Tea facilities. Free Internet Access. not a great breakfast. Staff not very helpfull. Aircondition not always working. |

This hotel are very good,it was my 3 stay,very nice stafff,very frendly people on reception,good location!!! And i differently will be staing there from time to time!!!Thanks a lot!~!! brekfast finish to early,if u will do it until 11 it will be gr8!!! |

It's a good choice for both tourists and business people, both can enjoy comfortable rooms, sports facilities (roof-top swimming pool with magnificient view) and good breakfast, all for an very acceptable price. Surrounded by other hotels, Taksim Gonen is in a safe but a little spotless area. However its very near to Istiklal Caddesi, so one of the many spots of Beyoglu. With its closeness to the metro, to Taksim bus stops, many taxis and the airport shuttle buses its a perfect area for those (business) visitors who need to move around flexibly. |

Great hotel, great location, great breakfast. Based on the prices of other hotels in Taksim, I would recommend this hotel. I booked this hotel mainly because it had a pool. We went there in mid-September and the pool was closed. It was disappointing as the weather was good. |

Good breakfast,great jacuzzi bath tub,big comfortable room, nice personnel, in the city center, perfect location, great gym, swimming pool in the roof is perfect with great view Minor mistake-when we arrived they did not have the room we booked for but immeditely they told us they will change it in the morning which they did. In the mean time, first day of arrival we were also in good comfotable room but without jacuzzi (which we booked at first) |

The outdoor swimming pool They failed to provide a free transfer from the airport to the hotel, although this had been promised by e-mail in advance and no compensation for the taxi fare. When we complained they said someone else took our shuttle! The lifts in the hotel are very small and extremely slow. |

Very central location, lovely clean and spacious rooms, free wifi.Free transfer to airport, wonderful breakfast. Busy and therefore staff not able to give personal attention as in a smaller hotel. |

Friendly staff. Great outdoor pool for inner city hotel. Great location - close to many restaurants/bars but you will need to use public transport to see most of the sights. We would definitely stay there again. Housekeeping was a little lacking. Avoid the "orange juice" in the breakfast. |

The hotel staff were rude and did not answer any questions, the hotel bill was not explained and they just asked for the money.they werent very busy but always found something to do when you approached the reception. Had to wait for 4 hours to check in,and the houskeeping didnt even change sheets or change used cups and mugs. The hotel is not a 4 star, maybe a 3 star, and for the money they charge its a rip off. |

We enjoyed the spa in the bath. We also made good use of the swimming pool on the roof. The breakfast although adequate remained monotonously the same everyday of our eight day stay. |

The hotel is in an excellent location to see Taksim Square and the surrounding area.We all enjoyed the facilities and the pool on the roof although quite small was good. The shower head was broke and it took more than a few calls before anyone came to fix it. |

The hotel staff was very friendly and undredstand how to make a stay enjoyable. The hotel was overbooked when we arrived, so we had to saty in an other hotel the first night. But the staff corrected the inconvenoience in a nice way. |
