The location of the hotel was perfect. The roof top pool was great, and the views from there were amazing. We loved everything about this hotel. |

I like the service of the door men, restaurant staff and the breakfast food, the location. In overal it was happy ending. I was not given the exact room I have booked and paid for. We supposed to be given a deluxe double bed room with pathrobe, jacuzi, intstead, the reception people kind of cheated us, they intentionaly gave us small room aimed single occupancy but double bed without all other equipments that mentioned in the booking details. When complained, they tried to make excuses without showing any concern or consideration of correcting their mistake. It tooke us over night to have the room we booked, they gave us the room the following day ofcourse with appology and friendly face. |

Good Location. In the middle of the nightlife area. Taxi stop, underground and tram just around the corner. Good breakfast. Confortable. Do not change money in reception. 1 euro = 1.80 TL when the official change rate was 1 euro = 2.15 TL. Instead, use the bank across the street. |

Location is excellent, near Taksim square. Very easy to go e.g. to Sultanahmet area by funicular&tram. Istiklal Caddesi is in a walking distance. Outdoor pool at roof is great (great view too) and indoor pool is quite nice as well. Breakfast is very good. In general, hotel is clean and cosy. If you are staying at least for 3 nights, hotel will arrange the airport shuttle. This is true, but you need to ask for it. Hotel advertise that in every room there is a jacuzzi. This is incorrect, it only excists in big rooms. Rooms have wall-to-wall carpets. Hotel seems to have 4 stars, but it's standars are more like 3 stars. |

wireless internet, comfort, nice view, swimming pool and turkish bath Long time waiting at reception to get my room. On the same day evening of coming to the hotel i was surprised that the room door was opened and a new hosts entered my room due to a mistake at reception!!! |

The breakfast and service were excellent. Lovely roof top pool but no matresses for the loungers -had to beg and get one from the basement! Good Turkish steam, gym and spa complex The head waiter in the breakfast restaurant was kind and helpful. Very good facilities. Comfortable room spacious The reception staff were rude arrogant and reluctant to answer any questions they answered phone calls while dealing with your queries and left you waiting. They would not give clear directions or indicate places on the map and if questioned made you feel a total nuisance. The air conditioning did not work and although I requested its repair it never worked. |

i loved price compare with services , wireless internet, Jacuzzi in rooms , Indoor swimming pool , big room in double when i booked by booking.com cleaning inside rooms was not so good , some rooms so small |
