タクシム広場のすぐ近くにあって便利です。空港へのシャトルバスも徒歩５分のところから発着しています。ホ- テルもきれいでした。値段は東京のビジネスホテル級です。

Excellent location, very near the Taxim square. Rooms and facilities look fine. Excellent indoor and outdoor pool, just please note that you have to wear swimming cap for the indoor pool. If you don't have one you have to buy it (although the stated price is 5 TL, they charged us 9 TL?!) in the spa area. Breakfast is pretty standard for Turkey, buffet without pork, but with some excellent dairy products.

The staff was inadequate for a hotel of this standard. First when we came to check in, they gave us a stuffy and dark "smoking allowed" room, even though we specifically asked for a non smoking one. After this, we asked for a latex pillow (from the hotel pillow menu) 3 times, but nobody understood what we asked for and they kept bringing us ordinary pillows every time, so we ended up with 8 pillows by the end of the evening. All in all terrible service.

I really liked the staff who went out of thir way to help us. The hotel was great and had excellent swimming pools and my kids loved the breakfast. Also taxi service to and from airport organised by hotel was excellent. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. I can't fault the hotel on anything It is also in walking distance of shops and restaurants. I would recommend this hotel to all and we would stay there again.

Very good breakfast every morning. Hotel has good air-conditioning - rooms were very comfortable. Great wireless internet. The hotel is very close to underground. Lots of restaurants and shops close by. I was able to take advantage of the free airport transfers offered by the hotel for a stay of more than 3 nights.

I lived in room 1101 ( ?) and the first night was very bad because of the wedding party.Second night also because there were family with little children in next room and the walls were so thin !!! So the rest of the week was ok!

It is a very confortable, well located hotel, offering a very good service.

Price is rather high.

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the staff were really helpful and friendly, we got free transfer to and from the airport, the room was really nice and we enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi.

The staff is great and helpful. The location is very good. The breakfast is awesome.

They are building what seems to be a high-rise just outside of the hotel and they work around the clock, making for a noisy situation. But this is not the hotel's fault.

The location is excellent and the rooms are well equipped, new and clean. The rooftop restaurant is good and has a grogeous view but menu fairly limited.

The hotel prechareged my credit card though I paid more to have the option of free cancelation as my trip details kept changing. The reception staff is snappy but in the end they came around by trying to explain the situation in a civilized way. The spa was very clean and good.

The staff are very rude!especially the guys on reception at night!They need to learn customer service.If a gusest brings a guest from outside ,,,learn not to be abusive/abrupt all at the same time.If you bring a guest in,one member of staff should take the guest aside,explain the situation,not have 5 men shouting rudely at your guest!!!!!!This happened to me,,,very embarassing!!Unprofessional.!Food was very poor,DONT go to this hotel

Good location and clean rooms.

The it staff could not help with an outlook emailing issue which I had, which was due to their own it settings. When looking for a 24 hour pharmacy to buy medication for a sick friend on a Sunday, the receptionist was not particularly helpful in helping me find one.

The ladies at the front desk were friendly and so is the luggage men the spa was great best Turkish hamam

The bathroom is poor it needs maintenance
