The reception staff was very helpful and speaks English very well; the location is very good and walking distance to Istiklal Street and close to most of the shopping malls. Excellent and Free internet access. The hotel has a very good reputation world wide. |

The reception staff was very helpful, spoke English (yay!) and welcoming. The rooms were a bit tight, but comfortable. Location was perfect, in the hub of town and with easy transportation access. Deal included a shuttle service which was prompt (altho the driver was a bit on the crazy side :) ). The breakfast was boring, same every morning. The rooms were very hot due to central heating, and we had no choice of turning on the cold a/c, as it seems they close it during the winter. |

The location is superb, walking distance to Istiklal Street and close to most of the shopping malls, staff were very helpful , services were prompt. The buffet breakfast was monotonous but overall is ok. |

perfect location, good services, free wireless access with very good signal everywhere, free access to sauna and hammam, good breakfast and clean rooms. they provided the one free transfer from the airport to the hotel without problem and though the flight was delayed they were there at our arrival. reasonable charge for the transfer to the airport (30Euro) we asked for. we are definitely ready to stay in again in this hotel. the size of the standard double room was a bit small but still reasonable. the wardrobe was almost non existent so we had to keep all our clothes in the suitcases not such a big deal for 4 days but could be inconvenient for a longer stay. |

The room, the view, food, staff are friendly and helpful and the location is very convenient for travel. Most of the staff can communicate very well in English but staff at the Bar should have better English. |

Handy location to Taskim Sq and the Shopping and Restaurant district. Easy to get to/from Airport. Room was uncomfortably warm. Air conditioning did not work. Mentioned to staff twice. Was told each time it was fixed, but no one even came to check. Made for very uncomfortable nights. Staff smiled, but did nothing about problem. |

Hotels is nice and well located Single-room I was assigned was extremely small, especially the bathroom: WC in front of shower with not enough space and lavatory too small and uncomfortable to use. Price paid high for what you get (but I think hotel prices are in general too high for the country) |

The location is perfect near the taxim and near the matro station and also the bus station its a verygood location , Mado Caffe Inside the hotel was great, the room was ok for a 4 star hotel small lobby , i didn't like the breakfast |

easy to access all sights, the gym, swimming pool and sauna excellentbreakfast choice quite goodthe rooms were clean and bathrooms whilst small seemed to be newly decorated and modernA very good hotel for the area not much privacy as we had a double room which was attached to the next room by a door and you could hear everything from the next room . The 2 adjoining rooms were ideal for a family but not to be let in any other way.However we did have the choice to relocate to another room but the downside was these other rooms were very small |
