Oaspeţii se pot bucura de vederi uimitoare spre Istanbul de la restaurantul de pe acoperiş, care serveşte preparate turceşti precum şi din bucătăria internaţională. Mado oferă îngheţată de casă, prăjituri şi deserturi. Taksim Gonen are o varietate de facilităţi de wellness, cum ar fi o piscină interioară, un centru de fitness, o baie turcească şi o saună. Panorama orasului a fost deosebita! Poate ar trebui regandit sistemul de a-ti lua banii din cont inainte de a ajunge la hotel. Stiu ca in caz de neprezentare, se obisnuieste sa se achite doar o noapte. Se poate intampla sa nu circule avioanele!

Excellent location, very near the Taxim square. Rooms and facilities look fine. Excellent indoor and outdoor pool, just please note that you have to wear swimming cap for the indoor pool. If you don't have one you have to buy it (although the stated price is 5 TL, they charged us 9 TL?!) in the spa area. Breakfast is pretty standard for Turkey, buffet without pork, but with some excellent dairy products. The staff was inadequate for a hotel of this standard. First when we came to check in, they gave us a stuffy and dark "smoking allowed" room, even though we specifically asked for a non smoking one. After this, we asked for a latex pillow (from the hotel pillow menu) 3 times, but nobody understood what we asked for and they kept bringing us ordinary pillows every time, so we ended up with 8 pillows by the end of the evening. All in all terrible service.

Good value for money. Friendly staff who speak English which is not always available in other hotels in Turkey. Location, near Taksim square but not so much so that it becomes noise therefore ideal. Comfortable rooms and beddings (wonderful shower and Jacuzzi!!) The language barrier caused some misunderstandings so if I had to pick something that needs changing it would be that the staff at the reception and restaurant need a better grasp of the English language to service better.

I really liked the staff who went out of thir way to help us. The hotel was great and had excellent swimming pools and my kids loved the breakfast. Also taxi service to and from airport organised by hotel was excellent. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. I can't fault the hotel on anything It is also in walking distance of shops and restaurants. I would recommend this hotel to all and we would stay there again.

It was a perfect hotel at a perfect place. The stuff was friendly and ready to help, the room was big and comfortable, free wifi, free transfer from the airport and back (I stayed for 4 nights), the breakfast diverse and tasty. I didn't have time to try the spa and the pool, so can't say anything about it. But I strongly recomment this hotel.

Very good breakfast every morning. Hotel has good air-conditioning - rooms were very comfortable. Great wireless internet. The hotel is very close to underground. Lots of restaurants and shops close by. I was able to take advantage of the free airport transfers offered by the hotel for a stay of more than 3 nights.

I lived in room 1101 ( ?) and the first night was very bad because of the wedding party.Second night also because there were family with little children in next room and the walls were so thin !!! So the rest of the week was ok!

Very close to the main shopping street. Nice pool and fitness area. Free room upgrade. Always get a public taxi!! Never, never ask a hotel employee to order a taxi for you- they cheat. Although vat is included when making a reservation through booking.com, they tried to charge it additionally.

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the staff were really helpful and friendly, we got free transfer to and from the airport, the room was really nice and we enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi.

The staff is great and helpful. The location is very good. The breakfast is awesome. They are building what seems to be a high-rise just outside of the hotel and they work around the clock, making for a noisy situation. But this is not the hotel's fault.

The location is excellent and the rooms are well equipped, new and clean. The rooftop restaurant is good and has a grogeous view but menu fairly limited. The hotel prechareged my credit card though I paid more to have the option of free cancelation as my trip details kept changing. The reception staff is snappy but in the end they came around by trying to explain the situation in a civilized way. The spa was very clean and good.

Good location and clean rooms. The it staff could not help with an outlook emailing issue which I had, which was due to their own it settings. When looking for a 24 hour pharmacy to buy medication for a sick friend on a Sunday, the receptionist was not particularly helpful in helping me find one.

The location of the hotel was 200m from the square in which all the means of transpotation are passing by but also near istiklal avenue where there are a lot of shops,restaurant and bars. The staff of the hotel was very polite and willing to serve you.In my case I ask if I could check in earlier ,as I did, whithout extra charge.Great wifi signal to every part of the hotel Last but not least is the availability of a hotel's bus for the airport,cause the roads in Istanbul are very busy. Breakfast needs improvment.
