Taxim Hill Hotel  

Zimmer nicht gut isoliert, daher sehr laut.

da wir frühstuck hatten , sahen wir das personal jeden morgen alle waren nett und hilfsbereit . vorallem frau EDA die teamleiterin der fruhstuckspersonal auch herr COSKUN vom reseption war stets nett und hilfsbereit. die zimmer waren mit schöner aussicht auf den taksimplatz, und auch die zimmer waren für normale standart zimmer sehr komfortabel. ein sehr schönes Hotel im Zentrum vom Taksim.

Bei der buchung gab es probleme, und zwar hatten wie 2 Suiten gebucht, doch irgendwie gieng was schief und wir bekamen 2 standart zimmer mit 2 betten. die aussiecht war trozdem schön und gut, und auch die zimmer waren trozdem komfortabel, doch trozdem war es schade!

Deutsche Fernseh-Sender: Die beschränkte Auswahl (Pro 7 und RTL II) ist nun mal nicht repräsentativ. Was für einen Eindruck man dort von uns bekommt....

Zimmer mit Fenster zum Treppenhaus innen. Tageslicht fehlte komplett. Das ist auch für Economy-Class nicht I.O. Schon gar nicht zu dem Preis

The hotel is excellent and worth a 5 stars in term of services and treatment of all staff and breakfast so tasty and I liked the hotel location so much its fantastic i recomended every one to stay their its amazing hotel .

Staff was very helpfull

the breakfast was very poor with very few choices and breakfast room was very old. we paid 120EUR for the room and for this range the hotel must have provided a better breakfast.

I like almost everything about taksim hill

The noise from the constructions near taksim.

Special thanks to Volkan the duty manager he is a very kind person and very cooperative and to Eda at the breakfast of every morning she is wonderful and amazing.

Only the last day on the 30th of Dec.at the breakfast there was a replacement girl for Eda I think her name is Salma she is not to the hotel standard.

Management and Staff are friendly and flexible in accommodating your request.

The location was perfect a connecting point to many places + metro station. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good and reasonable price

Nothing I can remember that bothered me about the hotel

I love the location, which is very central to the Metro for transport and Istikal for shopping. The staff were really helpful even when we had to check in early because of flight cancellations. The breakfast was yummy and the view welcoming! I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

- poooor Internet - no iron with a very high laundry prices - laundry only collected in the morning, no laundry accepted afternoon or evening!! and they are not providing iron at room!! - high price - shortage of staff (only 1 person running the reception) - bad phone and no one answer for your calls

Convenient location within my budget

The room was very small and had no windows opening to the outside. This makes you feel a bit claustrophobic. Of course, I knew before I booked in to the hotel that I was getting a room without a window opening to the outside but never thought that it would affect me the way it did. Also, on two nights there were two loud parties on the floor on top of my room (which was the restaurant) which was quite disturbing. However, on both occasions they ended before mid night. The hotel lifts are very small and can accommodate only about three to four people comfortably. so if you were on a higher floor sometimes you have to wait a little longer to get in to the lift.

these points: 1- the rooms and bathroom are great 2- free WiFi at room

these points: 1- Poor service and slow 2- the breakfest is poor and it is better for you to eat outside.

The superior room was spacious and nicely decorated with well appointed bathroom. Some rooms thought are very small and no outside windows

The entrance had a dirty red carpet covering the marble staircase and the staff did not look happy people at all...Also, the breakfast was very ordinary almost poor...

We were 8 old people and one child we booked 4 rooms the prices is crazy with no service such as : poor breakfast, small elevator, 4 rooms which I booked the windows blocked with walls, reception is too slow I stand to check in more than one hour room are not ready my check in time was 5 evening, the checkout was Horrible he counted the money 4 times. Beside all this booking.com website offer the hotel in euro currency and thier local cauurency is lira therefore you need to carry with you lira, euro and dollar otherwise the hotel will charge you with high exchange rate becareful.

The location at Taxim hotel is fantastic The hotel staff are friendly and receptionist speak English well The tripple room where I stayed was spacious and furniture was comfortable. The view from the breakfast lounge was beautiful. The hotel coffee shop was nice and the food at the restaurant was very good.

The hotel entrance included too many steps without bell boy, getting the luggage into the hotel was not comfortable. The a/c was very weak all over the hotel and especially in the room. The bathroom had all the amenties except a bathroom scale!
