Clean. Staff speaks relarively good English (quite an exception in Istanbul). Very close to the Metrobus - you can get to the airport in less than an hour.

It is very nice looking place with friendly staff, good and clear rooms. It is close to metrobus stop (50 meters)

Nobody speaks English in hotel restaraunt, we had to ask reception guy help us talk to waiter. Breakfast is simple and almost same from day to day, I would be depressed to eat it for 2 weeks. Unless you love pasta with meat, you will have nothing to eat in hotel restaraunt on lunch and dinner. Also the same day I had to arrive, I received a call from reception that the room which I booked ( and additionally confirmed.via email) is not available, so I had to agree on another one which is maybe even better, but without a kitchen I expected to have. Note about metrobus - it is a crap in a day time during warm sunny days, a lot of people with air conditioning not able to keep conform temperature.

The room was extremely clean, tidy, modern and eco-freindly. The breakfast buffet was fantastic as well as the room service. The staff were very friendly. The room was very big with a nice double bed. The room had everything that a traveller could wish for: safe storage inside with digital pin inside your room, shampoo, soap, tea, coffee, cups of tea and coffee, kettle, tv, tissues, slippers. There were even a shoe polish, comb, corkscrew, shower caps, slippers and sewing kit which I found interesting. When I arrived there was a nice cold bottle of water in the fridge which was being replaced with a new one every day. The service which I received was absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel. It is great value for money.

Tempo Hotel, Istanbul is very good hotel no matter short or long stay. Very clean, quiet and if you don't want to hustle in old city this is the place. There is a kitchenette in the room. Staff is perfect, friendly and speaks very good English. Breakfast is good enough. Highly recommend it for Istanbul stay.

The only thing to watch out - it is situated on very steep street so be careful.

There wasn't electrical plugs near the bed. We were awakened at 5:30 am by a religious liturgy.

I liked everything, but the location is not so central and you don t have means of transportation except taxi in the neighbourhood The room was very nice, very modern, very clean and the breakfast was very rich and tasty

We liked it much because of friendly hotel staff. Our room was interesting in design and rather comfortable.It was cleaned every day by an invisible person). We'd like to recommend this hotel to our friends.

Location is far from the famous places, it was rather difficult to get there.

The hotel stuffs are extremely friendly and helpful. I arrived early in the morning, my room was still occupied so I waited in the lobby, during which time they gave me free coffee and offered me an (extra) free breakfast. The day before check out, my wallet was stolen in the city, so when I checked out I was not able to pay for the two meals I had in the hotel. A very nice hotel stuff paid it for me and simply asked me to pay back later, after I return to us and get my new credit cards. Although losing my wallet leaves me a bad memory about the city, the experience with the hotel is definitely one of the best I have ever had.

Rooms are excellent and the staff very friendly. The relation price/quality is also very good.

The location is not so good, particularly for a short stay and when you want to visit the city centre. You have to rely always on taxis and not on public transportation. But taxi is indeed a quite usual way of transportation in Istanbul.

We were at Istanbul for medical reasons so we stayed up in Tempo. What a fantastic hotel! Clean rooms with great furniture. The lights in the rooms are arts! Staff are very helpful and they speak English very well. Breakfast is nice and does the job. There are many traditional nice restaurants with tastes you do not get in busy areas such as Taksim and also cheap and as close as 3 minutes walking distance.

The hotel entrance is located in a funny downhill that you will need to watch your step and hold breath during Taxi take off :)

The staff was amazing, they answered all my questions; they even helped me by suggesting some places to visit when I didn't know where to go. I actually liked that the hotel wasn't far from the touristic sites, also I only had to tell one of the recepcionists and within 2 minutes the cab will be waiting at anytime (the max. To pay for a taxi was 20 liras). The design of the rooms is beautiful, the bathroom is great and the breakfast is delicious! All in all it was excellent!

The procedure of the late checkout is 40€ which is a lot, we wanted to leave at 3 or 4 and we were obliged to pay for a day use !! I do travel a lot and therefore I know how hotels are understandable for the late checkout, knowing that the first night we arrived at 19:00h
