Staff members could be more helpful. When you ask them something, they do not even listen to you, and reply with they prepared answer. For example, we thought that room was already paid, and when we were asked to pay again (in our opinion), we tried to understand was it paid or not. They did not even try to help. We had to call booking.com customer service to speak about this situation and booking.com staff was very helpful in helping us to understand this situation. Also, we stayed in this hotel before, and when we asked to call taxi, they called taxi, but they told driver we need to go to Attaturk. Istanbul has 2 airports, and we needed another airport, we weren't even asked about this, so we went to wrong airport, almost missed our flight and we had to pay all this distance, because staff simply did not even ask us what airport we need.
The property is amazing - in the room, there is everything you could possibly need: bathrobes, slippers, dental kit, shaving kit, very nice and comfortable bed (it is indeed amazing), breakfast is superb as well. This hotel is definitely worth its money.
