i like the location near the shopping ,coffe shopes,and not very far from sultan ahmed ,the port ,air port. (1) the stuff not friendly at all,even not smil to new visitors not only in reception ,in buffet,in their coffee shop..........(2)the room is dirty and the bed sheets not change every day. |

Location, facilities all first class. Free internet a bonus. Value for money. For 130 odd Euros per night it's one-third the cost of the Hyatt and is only missing a swimming pool. |

i stayed for 7 nights i like the staff they were very friendly.special thanks to zafer (reception) who helped alot.the location of the hotel is perfect.it is only 5 minutes walk from taksim square and shopping area (istiklal hotel)..the room service was excellent.i like too much the jakkuzi in bathroom.I stayed in room 702 with seperate small room equipped with sport machine (for jim).in addition to free wireless internet inside the room , the breakfast was in floor (-1) it is very good from 6:30 till 10:30 includes all items of bread , juices , tea , coffee ,fresh fruits , omlet ,cheeses .... Etc .. I recommend stay at this hotel . Specially this hotel not offer alcohol drink . One more thing this hotel does not include swimming not have swimming pool |

Not much. The staff were not friendly and there were no services available in the Hotel. While a Turkish Bath and Sauna were advertised on the information page of Booking,com it never mentioned that you had to pay €25 for each one!! Quality of staff, facilities, no bar and food service was very poor |

We loved the spot, the service was excellent, the room was more than clean and room decoration was very warm and nice, breakfast was delicious and with a big variety of sweet and salty foods, the staff was very helpful and kind, good value for money! Great experience overall! |

The location was great, 2 minutes away from istiklal street, subway, bus station You could not adjust the room temperature, it was very hot and you have to suffer according to their sense of temperature, the bathroom did not have a window and did not have a fan for ventilation. we stayed there for 5 nights and during our stay there was no internet connection and each time we ask about it they say we are working on this technical problem |

This is, as previous reviewers commented, indeed NOT a 5-star hotel, it operates at 4-star level. Boking.com is aware of this, but does not act. We have stayed at other 5-star hotels in the same or adjacent streets at much lower rates. A/C failure cost us one night sleep (room temp approx 28C). Construction next door cost us another night sleep (work until 3am). No LCD, yet it was sold to us as having it. Wireless was out for a day. Hotel requires payment in full upon arrival (we never experienced this before), most probably to avoid any discussion later as to items mentioned above. No alcohol served, as the hotel operates under religious traditions. |
