Location as its near Taksim sequare, as well as buses, airport bus and metro First of all, they charge the full amount from the beginning (with the check-in), for 2 beds (they are for teenagers very slim), noises in the aisle is clearly heard, no ironing desk, no kettle and for the wireless connection most of the time its not working.

When we arrived we were upgraded to a penthouse suite with a big balcony,two bathrooms with jacuzi, two big flat screen TV`s, a nice living room with dining table,the food was great,room service fast and friendly,location great (just cross the road to Taksim square) breakfast the best in Istanbul with great food an juice varities,24 hours market downstairs and a very efficient airconditioning system! Nothing really, I would strongly recommend this hotel,it`s a bit far from hestorical locations.

Centrally located in Taksim with very good connections to Ataturk airport. Clean bed and bathroom, excellent bed. Team friendly and supportive. Room is fine though I consider it as 3star and overpriced (fair deal would be 90 eur rate per night for one person incl. Breakfast). For 90 EUR I would not feel bothered about the room being a bit dark and noisy, the less attractive shape of the long and small room or the interior being on mid class level.

Excellent form arrival to departure. I would highly recommend this hotel to any of my friends and family. The service was second to known, Perfect location, with the city on the door step if required ,

Its location which is just 2 minutes away from the heart of taksim square and the ease of access to public transportation. The internet connectivity was really very slow. The wireless router was just outside my room, yet.. I barely was able to get coverage and kept on losing the signal..

I liked the location, clean rooms and comfortable, Jacuzi. Thanks The only thing I didn't like is the breakfast because it is very poor compared to other hotels.

The hotel is located near to Taksim Square and 6 minutes walk to Istiqlal street. It is in a very quit street. Very good service from staff and all of them speak english. House keeping is poor to the 5 star standard, rooms are a bit small in size.

I liked the location only The price is too much in compare of the room size. When we booked through booking.com we booked for a room of 38m2 but when we checked in the room they gave us was very small and there was nothing available in the room like the tea boiler and other needed items. For me in future I will not go to this hotel any more.

I would highly recommend this Hotel. The room was beautiful and was in an excellent location. The staff was extremely helpful and polite. The hotel Manager was extremely helpful and on site for any help that was needed. I will continue to stay at this hotel.

The location is ok for whom want shopping in taksim squear and istklal street Cleaning is was ok except the carpet was not clean enough..also the rate is so heigh for the level of the hotel it's not more than 3 stars hotels..but to be fair I think thats is the standred for Istanbul hotels
