Location is good, although the noise level in the room coming out from the street was too loud. Size of the room was too small for two persons in combination with the unflexible air conditioning system, the time we spent in the room were unpleasure. Room with air conditioning turn off was warmer than temperature on the street. Terrace with nice view were under reparation. |

the view to the bosphore was marevelous. the location was more than excelent i love the accessabilty to all places ... metro station was 2 min walk ... rooms are small |

All the facilities (bathtub!) were very good for a stay between the connections of my flight. The location is great and it was a good value for money: I've paid 54 EUR for overnight. |

Very friendly staff. Clean and family friendly hotel. Location is excellent for the historic and tourstic sites and will be even better once the under water train connecting the two sites of the city opens. Good price. Fresh fruite at the breakfast buffet, however this was missing even at the shops |

Close to most points of interest Rooms were substandard - reluctance to find alternative rooms, ours was changed because the toilet did not work. One of the main atractions of the hotel is its roof-top restaurant, but this was closed for refurbishment. However, no mention was made of this at the time of booking, very bad! |

Great location . Very easy access to public transportation and also close to most of historic places. Our room was small and toilette facilities can be much better. |

Nothing, staying in that hotel was a nightmare for me. very unprofessional staff with a lower level of service, too much restriction where guest will feel really uncomfortable. and worse hotel ever. |

Staff were very friendly and helpful-we were very happy with them The rooms were often too hot, and it seemed there was no way to regulate the heat. For westerners, the addition of a sheet for the bed would provide an additional option, rather than the heavy dooner only.Also, the lack of alcohol to go with the meals in the restaurant was very inconvenient, meaning we had to eat out when we preferred not to. |

Staff was very gently and correct. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Location is very good near all touristic places. The rooms are much smaller as shown on the site. This was disappointing. |
