In Findikli district, Nixon Bosphorus Dry Hotel is only a few steps from the Marmara Sea.

In historic peninsula, just a few feet from the sea, Manesol Old City Bosphorus features rooms with modern design. All the rooms at the hotel has views of the sea as well.

I loved the view, the sea view rooms are absolutely splendid, the staff is extremely accomodating and kind, great food, relatively close to major attractions. Would certainly return.
the market sorrounding it a bit noisy, especially if travelling with children.
The hotel is fine, good taste, polite staff.
They have suddenly changed my location to another hotel in totally different part of the city. Taking into account the fact that I have chosen the hotel by location and needed the one in Besiktas, while getted one in Pera, it was a horrible surprise for me. Just for better understanding, these two locations are more than an hour by taxi if you do it in rush hours. Though, as an apologize, they have paid my taxi to the airport. Nice effort.
Location of hotel is the best, in ortakoy area which overlooks the busphur and full of resturants, cafés and viewpoints. Hotel is very clean and breakfast is very good with great views. Staff are all so kind and helpful.. The only downside is that the rooms are small with no space to hang cloths.
Fresh, wholesome breakfast selections was wonderful and room service was fast. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff who were eager to assist and made sure I was taken care of. Well-spoken and professional front office staff especially Emre, Onur and Mehmet. Will definitely stay again at any of The House hotels.
Loved the toiletries but range not sold except for scented candles and cologne!
Very friendly staff Superb setting Good breakfast buffet Lots of character
Rooms a bit small
The idea of being like a house and the location
the facilities within the room was limited, its like a room in a house but it was small room
Location, location is the key attraction at this hotel and it didn't disappoint. Staff were exceptionally helpful and keen for guests to enjoy their stay. The upstairs dining room is great and we couldn't understand why people chose to eat in the noisy cafe downstairs when they could enjoy the great view, breeze and the decor upstairs. You couldn't get much closer to the Bosphorus.
There wasn't really anything we didn't like, so we'll stay again on our next trip. The only negative comment we could make is that it is probably time for them to replace the carpet but this is by no means a deal breaker.
Small boutique hotel. Wonderful views of Bospherous, away from busy popular attractions but easily reached. Plenty of restaurants close by. Helpful staff, very relaxing stay.
Nothing, all good.
The Hotel is one of my favorite places to stay in when visiting Istanbul. Excellent Staff, very helpful and gentle + good english :).
Over priced for certain room categories.
location, welcoming and helpful staff, clean toilet, view from our room, no noise from the outside because of double windows. The hotel management is proving fresh bottles of water and chocolates on daily basis. Thanks a lot :)
Carpet is old and room is small. السجاد قديم والغرفة صغيرة
The staff and their service, the hotel itself, the location
Small rooms but that's the norm in the city
The staff was brilliant, ever smiling and ever willing to help
Great location and view, get a room with Biosphere view or nothing.
The hotel is very clean and well-furbished. The staff is kind and helpful.
The rooms are very small
Upgrade to penthouse suite, overlooking Bosphorus Bridge
We loved it all.
Very helpful and hospitable staff, especially the front office manager goes out of his way to offer outstanding service.
The House Cafe and Restaurant is a great place, but some staff seems arrogant, uninterested and not very motivated. Apparently has different owner.
The hotel has a very nice interior, the view from the terrace is wonderful, the breakfast was very good and the staff very kind.
The House restaurant has no tasty food, expensive and the restaurant staff don't speak English and not very kind.
Never go here except confirm you that room is sea view.
We had the simon Kalfa suite .. A fab wrap terrace overlooking oif bosphorous . Great suite. Staff was helpful as if we were guests in their home
The hotel is located Actoss the street from a mosque where every morning at 5:30 am a chanter prays with a loud speaker system
1- Good Staff 2- High speed Internet
1- Narrow Room 2- Price
Very cozy property, feels like home. Well-though design, fresh. In the middle of local entertainment/dining area, not touristy district. Docks for Bosporus trip ferries right next door. Amazing view on Bosporus and nearby mosque from the elegant lounge / breakfast room, excellent breakfast. Service is personal, helpful, and friendly: the barman in the lounge, for example, remembers your morning coffee preferences: "Turkish, no sugar". The House Cafe downstairs serves delicious food that can also be delivered to the hotel. Quite a special place all together.
Not ideal for sightseeing in the Old Town: the street connecting to Sultanakhmet is narrow and full of traffic including buses. It takes some 20 liras to reach the historic area but on the way back you are at the mercy of shameless taxi drivers who charge triple of that.
Amazingly dedicated staff ready to serve. Outrageous view of the Bosphorus. The Café is absolutely a gem to hang out in between seeing places.
Nice interior design,
The hotel was empty. Service was poor.
