Staff were fantastic, very helpful and would deffinately go back on our next trip.

My husband and I stayed at Magnaura for one day but it was really relaxing and enjoyable. The staff was so polit, frienly, and very helpful when needed. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was superb.

It was a magnificent stay .. Everything in this hotel is amazing .. From the moment we arrived we found amazing staff they were waiting for us in the street .. We arrived @ 9 am & they arranged for us one room of 2 although check in time is @ 1400 ! They took our luggage & offered us tea & juice :) All staff members are perfect English speakers making our life easy :) Rooms are specious & well arranged .. Few steps from Hagia Sofia, blue mosque & topkapi palace .. The most important touring places in the city .. Cafes, restaurants, grand bazaar around the hotel .. Staff are very helpful .. If u want taxi they arrange in regular price not high .. They were very helpful in guiding us & helping us to choose our next station everytime :) Special thanks to Mohammad attas the owner of the hotel, who was everyday in the hotel from the early morning to check his customers & helping them.. Really I recommend this hotel specially for people who are 1st time going to Istanbul & want to go sightseeing :) Thanks from my heart to all the staff their :) Really deserve 10/10

Great service (particularly the general manager Dogus was so supportive and gave us tremendously useful tips!!! Great view from the top floor. Very clean rooms! I definitely recommend it!!! Will come back!!!

This hotel is a gem! Great location (just next to the Blue Mosque), sun terrace with a great view, clean, comfortable and chic rooms. But definately the best part of the hotel is the staff and hotel owner - they are extremely welcoming, genuinely friendly, will offer you tips and advice without asking and recommend you the best restaurants. This hotel made my trip!

The staff were super-friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and modern, and everything worked! Breakfast buffet was good and had a good selection to choose from. Very central location to all the tourist sites and bazaars.

Beds a little too hard, but got used to it. Terrace was lovely, but could have had some loungers or more comfortable chairs to spend time on.

Location for sightseeing couldn't have been better. Staff was outstanding and helped us find great restaurants and arrranged travel

Perfect service from hotel staff. They were well aware of when we should visit all the old attractions. When the queue started etc. It was lovely breakfast and it was clean and tidy the rooms.

We loved everything about the hotel. Staff, attention to detail and the atmosphere was great. The position is excellent close to the Blue Mosque and Agia Sophia. We certainly recommend this to people and we will be coming back to stay.

There was not anything we didn't like!

Location is AMAZING. You stand on your balcony and you see the Blue Mosque, it just doesn't get better, everything is walking distance. The staff goes out of their way to help you, accomodate you and make your experience amazing. They provide guidance as well for the cities ways. It is spotless clean and has all the essentials you need. Shower is a little small but we counted it as part of the experience:) If you want 24 room service this might not be the place but just walk out and anything you need is right around the corner, and I am sure if you talk to the staff ahead of time they can help you get what you need We really loved this place and highly recommend it-

There wasn't anything we particularly did not like. The only thing I caution is Istanbul is not inexpensive.

fantastic location, very friendly staff, very good service, nice rooms, nice architecture/decor. slightly expensive, could be due to the season (Greek Easter). They had us at a superior room the first day and forgot to tell us to move to the standard room we had paid for s othey upgraded us for free for all 3 days.

The location of the hotel is simply great. You can't get better then that. The windows of the hotel are good therefore, you "nearly" don't hear at all the prayer call of the mosque in the morning. Finally, on the last day, we did call for a taxi, but it never came. So the owner of the hotel was extremely kind and he took us in his private BMW in a record breaking speed (with all the traffic) to the airport in order for us to get our plane just in time. That was so great. So I recommend this hotel to any tourist that want's to discover the beauty of Istanbul.

The hotel ceo, Mehmet and his team of staff is one of the best reasons to stay here,they were outstanding in their service. Not to mention the excellent location in Old Town with the Blue Mosque and Haig Sofia literally at its doorstep. Hotel is also tastefully decorated with a superb terrace view of the Marmara Sea.
