Very good situation/place (near of Taksim), nice view from some rooms (ask bedroom with view on Bosphorus side) and from the top of the building Breakfast too expensive for what it was (on booking.com it was written 15euro for one person and it was in fact 20euro :-S ), workers of hotel were not kind, fitness was insufficient, pictures on booking.com are not very representative of reality |

Reception, staff and porters all very friendly. Room cleaned very well.Food was nice. Would stay there again. Location is excellent for both Sultanahmet and Taksim. The only grumble is the bathroom which is way too small for a hotel of that class. It is only possible for 1 person to be in there at a time.The design of the hotel is interesting in that the majority of the rooms could have a fantastic view, yet they face a car park! |

The location and the friendly staff. The bathroom is very very small and the plumbing is not working well. I would accept such a bathroom in a hostel maybe but for a 4 star hotel with such rates... It's really surprising! |

The hotel view, the location The average price per room was 180 euros when we booked that, but the price charged in our credit card was in total 50 euros more for the 3 nights we stayed, as they used the exchange rate of those days!!!!!! |

Ubicación, Vista, atención, precio/beneficio, limpieza, Terraza, bar nocturno, dominio del Inglés del personal, cambio ofrecido por moneda extranjera, seguridad, educación, amabilidad y respecto del personal, etc Atención en el bar impecable pero precios muy altos en relación con alternativas de desayuno, comidas, refrigerios cerca del hotel, esta desaprovechado su potencial. Falta de aire acondicionado en un lugar tan cerrado como lo es el Bussines Center. |

Une situation exceptionnelle sur les hauteurs d'Istanbul. Le personnel est remarquable, même s'il faut parler l'Anglais car pas de francophones. La piscine sur le toît et le bar lounge surplombant la Corne d'Or sont une expérience inoubliable. L'hotel n'a pas attendu l'adhésion à L'Europe pour pratiquer les prix de ses grandes capitals... |

le camera sono curate nei dettagli e molto accoglienti; la posizione è veramente ottima. abbiamo soggiornato con un'offerta di booking, quindi ottima qualità/prezzo. il ristorante Mikla all'ultimo piano è da provare, anche se un po' caro. il costo della colazione, alla quale abbiamo rinunciato è eccessivo, 14€ a testa al giorno prenotandola insieme alla camera, 20€ a testa al giorno se si decide di pagarla al momento |
