Room was smaller than promised. The restaurant on the top floor is excellent, but the price is sky high.....

The view was great and the location really comfortable . the food at the restaurant was fantastic.even though the bathroom was a bit small, the rest of the room was nice and clean .

The staff and hotel are excellent along with the location. Nice rooms, very clean and great atmosphere for business or pleasure. shopping is unlimited by walking. I will make this my choice of hotel every time I am in Istanbul. Going back next week to enjoy the city again. Highly recommend for all travelers.

Istambul is a beautiful city to be visited many times as very new trip offers you new experiences. I usually stay at The Marmara Pera Hotel, which is my favourite in town.It is a new hotel, perfectly located at Taksim area, with great views, specially from their terrace with tasty cocktails. Excellent room service and nice food.

The views from the room, the location near Istiklal Caddesi and the attention of the staff. The restaurant on the top of the hotel has a stunning view.

It's an expensive hotel and the breakfast must be included in the price of the room.

The hotel has a perfect place near to the metro station (which is the best way to move around Istanbul) and directly infront of the taxi station. The hotel is near to istiklal street which u can do your shopping, have a walk or eat in any of the restaurants. Guzde the receptionist was very friendly and very helpful unlike her other colleagues! The food in the room service is good but it could be better.

The evening shift receptionist wasn't helpful at all as well as the morning receptionist. They wanted to take money from you in all ways for any reason. The housekeeping wasn't cleaning the room very good though we were staying there for 8 days!

Cleanliness and room size, For example in 7 consecutive days the pillow cases were not changed once!

The location is amazing, and also there us a taxi stand in front of the hotel.

The hotel is a great location both for leisure and business purposes. Beyoglu, where the hotel is located, has some of the best restaurants in Istanbul. The hotel is also close to the main public transport links in Istanbul so it is easy to access the main business areas by metro and the historic city by tram. The staff are very helpful and friendly and speak good English. There is free wifi access throughout the hotel. In the summer months it is possible to use the very small swimming pool on the roof of the hotel and the bar there has one of the best views of Istanbul.

The area can be very noisy, particularly at the weekend, sd there a number of bars and club in the vicinity. Istanbul is a city which never sleeps so this is a general problem everywhere but other guests looking at this hotel with a view to book it, should bear the noise in mind.

Poor wifi signal in the rooms. However, I know the reason was the recreational construction in Taksim Square and this would be a temporary situation

Very nice panoramic location , very delicious and variated breakfast, a nice hospitality, noting that the staff do know about the gluten free allergy and you had a special bread for this. The lady who was on the reception when we arrived is very very helpful and has a smily face and all the staff speak English easily and fluent.
