Small room Bad smell
One of the cleanest hotels we've stayed so far. Secluded (so there's no outside noise) but still in the middle of historical district - EVERYTHING is so close. Staff is amazing - friendly, helpful and always smiling. Breakfast buffet is very nice and always full. WiFi signal on a first floor was very good. Rooms are small, but more than sufficient for all your needs (after all - nobody comes to Istanbul just to stay in a hotel room). We can highly recommend this place, and it'll be our only choice next time we visit Istanbul.
Everything was fine. The staff is very friendly and polite. All of them were very good, especially Edinc and Efe.
It is somehow difficult to locate the hotel, as it is built in the end of a narrow ( but not vey long) alley.
Very nice hotel, great location and quiet even if in the heart of town. easy access to public transport
breakfast could have been better, poor choice.
They made the breakfast for me have hour erlear because my flight were early.
location, cleanliness, quietness, decor
no lift (not a big problem since the hotel is only 2 storied), less varieties in breakfast
Perfect personel, central location
Very helpful and friendly staff. All you would need is in walking distance.
Most clean hotel ever Location Staff Exactly as it seems in the photos Breakfast
Room size is very small Almost no luggage space A little pricy
Location, staff, breakfast and value for money
Wifi needs improvement
Staff extremly nice, very good service quality Great location, close to the Blue Mosque, Sofia Clean, modern room and good wi-fi connection
It was nice
The hotel is well located in the heart of Sultanahmet area, just few steps to Ayasophia and minutes to blue mosque and Topkapi, very near to the tramway station, the hotel looks brand new, clean, the staff is amazing, very helpful and always smiling, they gave us an early check in, the breakfast is fine, i think it is one of the best in the area with that excellent value
Room is small but it was ok, wifi connection needs improvement as the login process is a bit strange, the bathroom is glass walled which may be not suitable for friends or families.
Location was excellent, unbeatable. You were steps away from the Agia Sophia, the Sistern, etc. The local staff was extremely nice and helpful--one or two spoke English very well, the other made up for his weaker English with sincere courtesy and effort. Sauna was fantastic--don't miss this! There was also a very nice breakfast. These were all important to us and we appreciated these nice amenities.
The room was quite small, a bit cramped. This didn't bother us much because we were sightseeing most of the time. But there was no room for a desk or a large lounge chair. Just a nice double bed, a couple small chairs and bed side tables, and a nice clean bathroom. Plus a good TV. If you need room to spread out and lounge in your room, you may not find it here. I think if I had booked earlier, I might have found a little larger room for my money--but probably not such a good location. It was not cheap, but the superb location made up for it. I think it is worth the money. Also, the hotel has its own water treatment, so the staff drinks the tap water, and says it is fine for tourists. I chose not to drink it, as a precaution. There is cheap bottled water at the grocer next door. Finally, I did get an email from the hotel saying they had reserved us a room with a double bed. This is good. But when i wrote back with a couple other less important questions, I did not receive a reply. So email communication may not be perfect. All in all, we were happy.
I checked in at 7AM, they didn’t charge me or asked for that. Most of attractive places in İstanbul are around you. Excellent location, staff.
rooms are small like most of other hotels in the same area.(SultanAhmad).
-Location; can't find better place within this price. -Staffs always give us more than we ask. - Breakfast - Flexible check in/out time
- a bit small room - small bed and thin blanket - Bath room is not suitable for friends stayed together
Great Location, friendly staff, quite, clean and safe accommodations. Will definitely recommend and planning to stay again. Ahmet and his crew were very nice and accommodating.
Nothing I can think about other than rooms being a little small, however it was designed very nicely
Prime location - right next to Aya Sofia and Blue Mosque; very friendly and helpful staff; good breakfast.
Room is very small.
This hotel is superbly located for visiting all of the Old city attractions. Aya Sofia, Cistern, Topcapi palace, Blue mosque are literally within few minutes walk. Grand bazaar is 10 minutes away. The breakfast was nice and set up in a lovely glass roof atrium. Staff were very polite and friendly. Wifi worked perfectly. The rooms are quite small but the bed was comfortable and we didn't spend much time in the room anyway. There are great places to eat around. House of Medusa next door and Panorama restaraunt across the street were great. Overall enjoyed our stay.
This hotel is amazing in a very old town of Istanbul. Hagia Sophia and the blue mosque is 5 minutes walk. The area is very safe, the hotel personal was very helpful. The hotel is very nice decorated, the bed is comfortable. Perfect stay I can only recommend
The staff was very helpful The bed is very comfortable The hotel cat named million, I would go back to this hotel only for this cat!
The location was excellent - right in the heart of all the historical sights. The staff are amazingly helpful - the y go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Rooms are small but very modern.
The bed linen was very thin and not very warm. Could include a blanket in room.
the rooms are small
The hotel was excellent. Perfect location, the staff were super friendly & always helpful & even helped in arranging the tours for us. Would definitely stay in this hotel on our next visit.
Limited options for breakfast.
Staff were amazing. It was the last 2 days of our honeymoon around Europe and coming from a hotel the day before that were rude and the room was disgusting these guys just made our last couple of days in Istanbul so enjoyable . Loved it
