I am a frequenter of this hotel since I come to Sakarya very often due to business trips. Definitely one of the best places to stay in the town: Close to the city center, comfortable and clean rooms, friendly staff (don't expect very fluent English though), good restaurants in and around. Sakarya is not a typical tourist destination and you will miss absolutely nothing by not going there unless you have a special reason. Very typical Anatolian town to experience real Turkey. In some rooms there are defect light bulbs and generally, minibars need to be improved. No major minus so far.

We were very satisfied with the Riada Hotel. The staff was very service minded and friendly. They went out of their way to help us get to the town and find their hotel when we arrive at 9pm and also how to get to our early morning flight when we left. The breakfast was traditional turkish and very good and fresh. The room was up to date and clean. Overall the hotel gave a good impression. Location was about 15 min walking distance to the city center. Nice restaurant at the hotel and several others close by. We really enjoyed Turkey, the turkish people are very friendly and hospital. Although most of them don't speak much english they will go out of their way to help you and soon you will have a group of three, four people talking, calling and volunteering with advice. Sakarya is not a typical place you visit as a foreigner unless you have a reason to so I believe you will see the 'real' regular turkish daily life. Going to Instanbul or a typical vacation spot by the coast might give you a different experience. I highly recommend the Riada hotel and will definitely stay their again. Only negativ experience I can think of is that some people smoke in their room eventhough they are smoke free.

otel calışanlarının samimiyeti ve güleryüzleri gercekten cok mükemmel bahcedeki sabah kahvaltısı ramazana denk gelmesini rağmen cok iyi bahçede yapılan acık büfe kahvaltsını mutlaka deneyin derim akşam yemeklerindeki canlı müzik yemeklerin tadına ayrı bi tad kattı otelin şehrin merkezinde oluşu ayrı bir artı temizlik gercekten mükemmel ramazandan sonra mutlaka bidaha konaklıyacam emeği gecen herkeze teşekürler

The hotel staff was really friendly and helped us when we had a problem with our rental car. They brought us to a garage of some relative and this garage fixed our car free of charge! The room is spacious. The bathtub with whirlpool gives the relaxation you need after a hard day's work (business traveller). You get real good value for the price that you pay at this hotel. The Turkish breakfast was good and the restaurants nearby have really good quality local Turkish cuisine. The main shopping street is at 10 to 15 minutes easy walk from the hotel. Everything was good.

La Ubicacion. El sauna y el baño turco. El personal no hablaba otro idioma que el turco. Solo una persona hablaba ingles pero no estaba todos los dias.

Şehir merkezinde oluşu, deprem sonrası yapılmış olması benim tekrar bu oteli tercih etmemdeki en önemli sebepler olacaktır. Bu arada ahçı Nesim Usta'nın da hakkını yememek lazım. Et yemeklerini denemenizi tavsiye ederim. Personelin güleryüzlü oluşunu ve yardımseverliğinide belirtmeden geçemeyeceğim.

Huzurlu, temiz ve güvenli bir otel, güleryüzü veyardımsever personeli var. Şehir merkezinde olduğu için yúrúyerek her yere gidebildik. Bu arada ustanın et yemekleri ve tabak sunumları harika. Gelin hamamında çok eğlendik.
