It is an excellent hotel, the rooms are amazing and large with a very nice view. The location of the hotel is very convenient however you need to walk uphill if you want to reach Taksim Square. The food was excellent and the staff always manage to get you what you want even if it is not available. I would say it is worth the money but then it is not cheap.

The service was absolutely fantastic. Greeted with a welcome drink, everything was efficient, the hotel was immaculate. Everyone spoke English and it's hard to ask for more.

The location at first might seem a bit out of the way to Sultanhamet but it makes up for it by its convenience to the great restaurants, shopping, Bosphorous and transportation options (tram, boat, taksi).

Excellent staff. Good gym & pool. 10 minute walk (uphill) to Taksim Square. 5 minute walk (downhill) to the waterfront. Nice touches included, Turkish delights and tea in the lobby (free).

Major thing: Internet is only free for 30 min every 24 hour period, thereafter it costs 20 Euros / day. This should be free. Minor thing: No kettles in the rooms

Everything was great. What an extraordinary customer service Ritz Istanbul has. Especially front desk and concierge. The cleanliness of the rooms were extraordinary.

The hotel is nice and clean, the room is very clean and tidy but missing coffee maker and iron and board, the hotel location is not the best in taksim.

Ritz Carlton was a great hotel. Staff was polite and helpful. Rooms comfortable and spacious. Spa a place to relax after abusy day. Also good location near Bosporus.

Hotel Reception should be redecorated as it seems old. Internet inside the room no free as it should have been. Food and drinks are very expensive

I and my family (3 adults) have stayed in this hotel first time. What I can say: a nice location in European part of the city, a magnificent view from the Lobby bar and the restaurant, very friendly staff, the very comfortable room and Spa, very tasty breakfast. I can recommend the Ritz all my friends and you.

The room designs, The breakfast, the turkish delights and Sahlah offer at the lobby, the respition staff, the in room dining, the food from the in room dining, the hotel location

The special requests were not all taken take care off, Non smooking room were requested and rooms given all were smoking. The telephone in the room were not working, service provided by other ritz carlton hotels such as Dubai Ritz is better in servicce and attention to details.

The staff was extremely nice, professional and kind. Especially Ms Pinar from the front desk. Really warm and friendly staff...

The bar should be open the whole day
