Samtlige værelser på Ritz-Carlton Istanbul byder på luksusmøbler, herunder en blød lænestol i siddekrogen samt en overdådigt udsmykket kommode. It is an excellent hotel, the rooms are amazing and large with a very nice view. The location of the hotel is very convenient however you need to walk uphill if you want to reach Taksim Square. The food was excellent and the staff always manage to get you what you want even if it is not available. I would say it is worth the money but then it is not cheap.

The service was absolutely fantastic. Greeted with a welcome drink, everything was efficient, the hotel was immaculate. Everyone spoke English and it's hard to ask for more. The location at first might seem a bit out of the way to Sultanhamet but it makes up for it by its convenience to the great restaurants, shopping, Bosphorous and transportation options (tram, boat, taksi).

Location - close to Bosphorus with a splendid view. Staff - extremely friendly and helpfull. High class services. Only one restaurant, only one bar in the hotel.

Excellent staff. Good gym & pool. 10 minute walk (uphill) to Taksim Square. 5 minute walk (downhill) to the waterfront. Nice touches included, Turkish delights and tea in the lobby (free). Major thing: Internet is only free for 30 min every 24 hour period, thereafter it costs 20 Euros / day. This should be free. Minor thing: No kettles in the rooms

Ritz Carlton was a great hotel. Staff was polite and helpful. Rooms comfortable and spacious. Spa a place to relax after abusy day. Also good location near Bosporus. Hotel Reception should be redecorated as it seems old. Internet inside the room no free as it should have been. Food and drinks are very expensive

Friendly and helpful Staff, especially the concierge. The lighting in the bedroom (414) was very poor. The wattage of the light bulbs was too low, and it was impossible to read in the room except during the day. I had to ask for an additional light. We booked for three adults. The third bed made available by the hotel was for a child, not an adult. Also, the hotel said that Booking.com made a mistake in the price quoted to me, and did not include the price of the third bed!! This is confusing for me as a guest, especially as I made a non-refundable booking. The price of drinks and meals at the hotel was too high, especially for local wine and beer.

I and my family (3 adults) have stayed in this hotel first time. What I can say: a nice location in European part of the city, a magnificent view from the Lobby bar and the restaurant, very friendly staff, the very comfortable room and Spa, very tasty breakfast. I can recommend the Ritz all my friends and you.

The staff We had an amazing stay the staff were amazing , especially with children ...however the only time we were disappointed was when the concierge sent us twice on a wild goose chase for dinner and both times the restaurants they suggested were closed and had to find alternative options and that can be quiet difficult when you are travelling with two infants and one child (<5)

The room designs, The breakfast, the turkish delights and Sahlah offer at the lobby, the respition staff, the in room dining, the food from the in room dining, the hotel location The special requests were not all taken take care off, Non smooking room were requested and rooms given all were smoking. The telephone in the room were not working, service provided by other ritz carlton hotels such as Dubai Ritz is better in servicce and attention to details.

“Our family travel a lot to many European countries and stayed 5 & min 4 stared hotels but this hotel is the best in terms of service quality of hotel staff (staff training program must be very good), hotel facility (e.g., SPA especially Sauna)+ ice skating even, security, dining. Normally this level of leading hotel of the world registered hotel becomes very snobbish and employees misunderstood they are also high class. All the staffs are well educated, trained, and friendly even security gate person. I think this is because they are all proud of working for the hotel and management policy has been well-established.
