The rooms was a good size as it was on the corner. I have stayed at many Ritz Carlton hotels and this is not up to the usual standard by a long way. the concierge had a very poor attitude, sent us on a very expensive tour which was very average. The hotel has a lobby lounge, bar and terrace, the bar was closed every night and other than a drink in the lobby, you had to go outside for a drink at 11.00 and they bring you an electric heater- unbelievable. |

The staff seemed genuinely to be concerned that we enjoyed the stay. The facilities and the general standards of, and in, the building were outstanding. Plus - breakfast was a feast. The location is best suited to access by car or taxi. The walk to Taksim Square was only about ten minutes but the high pavements and busy roads were difficult to navigate. |

room services and housekeeping were outstanding to resppnd in no time with a very friendly manner at the time of booking i asked for smoking room and a high floor but at check in i was given non-smoking room on the 7th floor which a lower floor |
