I like most the othoman hammam was excellent

The hotel displayed the best customer service I have seen in a long time. We will visit again

Great service and very freindly people. Most people will remember your day after one day. The Manager Deniz was amazing and helped me in every way he could. There is even a 24hrs ict manager in the hotel.

There where to much freindly people and the service was almost to much :)

The Ritz-Carlton is one of the best hotels of Istanbul. I can highly recommend it. The staff is excellent. The food is delicous. The rooms are big and have an amazing view

We like very much Hotel stuff as extremely polite , like the cleanliness in whole Hotel and fantasti food.

Maybe just the fact that we didn't get park-wiev room which was booked for our money.

I thought it is a luxury hotel with good spa to relax, but our suite was noisy and spa not adecuate for a 5 luxury hotel.

Because the staff was not kind and not polite.They do not speak and understand english well in spite of it is a hotel five stars luxuxury very expensive and american chain.

the hotel is clean as expected from a ritz carlton

an outadted fairly maintained hotel that cannot compete with new hotels of Istanbul. the lobby is for a three star hotel and the general ambiance is dim and old!!!....i stayed in many ritz carltons but this one was a disapointment for me.

We were on our honeymoon and our room was decorated very nicely with heart shaped balloons and flowers, bottle of wine waiting as well (we were not expecting anything) . Superb hotel, outstanding service. Special thanx to Ms "Pilar" from reception, she is one of a kind in hospitality industry.

There nothing bad about this hotel, maybe the sound of a brand new Lamborghini V12 was too loud at the parking place :)

The hotel's location is perfect, it’s at the beginning of the road to Taksim and close to the down town roads which means easy access during the high traffic. The staff were friendly and the room furniture was excellent. The breakfast buffet is so yummy! i will definitely stay at Ritz Carlton on my next visit to Istanbul

The staff were all very jovial, helpful and welcoming. The club level facility is fantastic and worth the extra money.

Abit of a steep walk to get to metro and local eatries. I was disappointed to notice that the sheets in my room was not changed daily and also the furnishing needed updating. Tea making facility shuld be made available in room otherwise in the lobby area of the floors.

The Spa was disappointing in comparison with the website infm I expected a larger Steam room & treatments to be available late

There is no much choices for kids in the in-room dinning.

tres bel Hotel , a 10min de la place Taksim , Les chmbres sont spacieuses , un piscine tres agreable .

Безусловно шикарный отель! Все на самом высоком уровне! Близость к деловой части Стамбула...

Удаленность от туристической части Стамбула. Добираться до отеля удобно только на такси, а учитывая жуткие пробки в Стамбуле и нравы местных водителей, задача не выглядит столь легкой...

الفندق رائع من ناحيه التصميم والخدمات ... تم حجز سويت ولكن الحجم كان صغير غير المتوقع

المبلغ عالي جداً من ناحيه السويت بحيث انه ضيق جداً

فندق راقي من الموقع والمنظر ويستحق السكن به

لم يتم تنظيف الغرفه خلال فتره اقامتي لمده 3 ايام متتاليه؟ وتم التنبيهه عليهم يوميا ولكن لم يأتي احد لترتيب الغرفه ولا اعلم لماذا ؟
