Very elegant hotel in the European side of Istambul. Excellent service and facilities, inlcuding spa, restaurant, pub, swiming pool and solarium. Need to walk downhill and uphill to get the metro which is the best option to visit the city given the heavy traffic of istambul. |

It is hard to fault this hotel, the attention to detail and friendliness of the staff is second to nowhere else I have stayed. Drinking Gin & Tonics on the terrace bar overlooking the bosphorus will stay with me till the end of my days. Simply loved our stay, although it was all helped along by the terrific rate I was able to secure! When our flight got moved by a day they would not extend our stay at the initial rate. Nevermind, we've all got to make a profit! |

The good service. Despite the fact that the phone at my room was not working, they made it up by transfering us to a cornor room that was bigger than my original room with the same rate for the entire stay. the location down the hill, so if you have to get by walking to Taksim square you would have to climb up the hill first. |

The staff was so friendly, attentive, helpful and very nice. The friendliest staff I have ever encountered. The hotel was very clean and in a excellent location, beautiful rooms. But it was the staff that impressed me the most. Whatever I requested was served promptly and with a big smile. The room I booked was described with partial views of the sea. I had none, but the room was so beautiful that I didn't mind at the end. |

This is a very nice hotel. I like the service in general and a special beverage thet they offer to us inmidiatly we arrive (special turki beverage) Delicious Is not close to the historic area. Basically you need to take taxi and the trafic is very difficult is some hours |

It was fantastic. My wife and I had a really great time at the The Ritz-Carlton, Istanbul. The great thing about this hotel is how they are able to integrate the Turkish tradition and international identity to provide an exceptional service. |

Room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. Breakfast was particularly good. Access to the pool and sauna was complimentary, and the facilities were excellent. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The location was ideal. Everything functioned perfectly! |

The Hotel is not Ritz Carltoon standard at all, the staff is not a proffecional at all, . the hotel is mixed with offices and apartments, so the person will never experience such a hotel. |
