I like the way they respect us and how frindly they was to us I loved the mourano chandelir in the looby hotel. The serves hotel was very highclass extrimly excellant. The room viwe was so romantic and the bed sheets was confortabel.

very best 3 days of my life, hotel was great and the stuff were all sooo friendly. our room was always so clean. breakfast was included in our fare and its so good to have it on the beautiful view on istanbul. we went in feb but the hotel was warm all the time which made ourt stay even more confy. veraiaty of arabic channels which was good although you wont have time to watch tv. in room dinning was good as well. we also had the chance to meet mr.bulent who has a shop of carpets (loom art) at the hotel botique, hes a great man with lovely moralities and talking to him made us love istanbul even more. must see the carpets in his shop there amazing and each one is a peice of art.overall i highly recommened Ritz hotel. well if you care no :iron in room and coffe maker.

I and my family (3 adults) have stayed in this hotel first time. What I can say: a nice location in European part of the city, a magnificent view from the Lobby bar and the restaurant, very friendly staff, the very comfortable room and Spa, very tasty breakfast. I can recommend the Ritz all my friends and you.

The staff We had an amazing stay the staff were amazing , especially with children ...however the only time we were disappointed was when the concierge sent us twice on a wild goose chase for dinner and both times the restaurants they suggested were closed and had to find alternative options and that can be quiet difficult when you are travelling with two infants and one child (<5)

The room designs, The breakfast, the turkish delights and Sahlah offer at the lobby, the respition staff, the in room dining, the food from the in room dining, the hotel location The special requests were not all taken take care off, Non smooking room were requested and rooms given all were smoking. The telephone in the room were not working, service provided by other ritz carlton hotels such as Dubai Ritz is better in servicce and attention to details.

It is an excellent hotel, the rooms are amazing and large with a very nice view. The location of the hotel is very convenient however you need to walk uphill if you want to reach Taksim Square. The food was excellent and the staff always manage to get you what you want even if it is not available. I would say it is worth the money but then it is not cheap.

We enjoyed our stay and would strongly recommend the hotel for its excellent service, cleanliness, good breakfast and spa. The internet in the room should be provided free of charge as it is a five star hotel.

Excellent staff. They were very polite and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. The hotel has one restaurant only which does not go with Ritz reputation and standard. Internet should be available for free at rooms as the room rates are really high

Every thing there was interesting specialy the rooms tibe and the free wifi in the loobey lunch. The location, it is not so far from Taksim but usually I like to stay mor near to the center and metro staion.
