The Suadiye Residence

Marmara Suadiye has the friendliest staff ever. I've stayed there 5 times so far and I had great experiences. I asked the reception desk if they have mineral water in the hotel by chance and one of the staff went to a supermarket and bought some bottles of water for me!

The apartments should get renovated. They're becoming a bit old.

Centrally located

Huge apartment located in one of the nicest streets in Istanbul (Bagdat Caddesi).

The extra bed is not really a bed. The main bed has two parts. The extra bed is created by splitting the upper and lower parts which makes them two awful beds. The sofa was pretty good for sleeping though.

The hotel is very clean and amazing, the apartments are very big and spacious, it is provided with all the kitchen tools you need, and a laundry, the balconies are beautiful and big. The bathrooms are clean and provided with shampoos and shower gels and an endless number of clean towels.The water is nice too. The blankets and pillow are clean, too. There's a safe for your passports and papers. About the location, it is a very BEAUTIFUL location. It's amazing!! The Baghdat street has every thing. All the coffee shops and brand stores, mini markets, restaurants and also metro stations, metro bus stations, a lot of taxis (which I don't recommend going with) and busses. It's also 10 minutes drive from Bostanci which has the Marina that takes you to the beach in Princess Island, and Eminonu which takes you to the European side near Sultanahmet. The people in that place are classy and nice, so it is safe to roam around there and walk for long distances.

The bad thing about it is that there's a bar right in front of the hotel, and if your room is in the first floor you can hear every thing like they are talking to your ear. That's only in weekends because in weekdays they close early. The other bad thing about the location is it is far off from Taksim St, Sultanahmet St, Istiklal St, and all the malls, it is also very far from the airport. However, if you take the metro bus then the boats to the european side, you will enjoy sightseeing as well as the low prices.

Hello,I made Booking for 3 bed room but when I check in they did not give me what I booked they give me seprate room and I have 4 children. Also I booked from 6th to 9th sep.through your site,but they said the hotel is full and i have To leve ,they did not conceder that I have 4 children. Finally they made me vacate one bed room apt.and I had to squees my family in 2 bedroom . When I told them I made the booking through booking .com they said we are full . By the way I ,m apilot and I always use booking.com. This is the first time I face such treatment. Thanks alot To leve ,they did not conceder that I have 4 children. They charged my credit before my arrivel wich was not fair.

سعره غالي وازعج الملاهي الليلية بعد منتصف الليل لدرجة انك صعب تنام

çok merkezi yerde bağdat caddesinin tam ortasında odalar rahat temiz ve konforlu mutfakta yetecek kadar araç ve gereç mevcut kısacası fayda maliyet oranı iyi büyük çocuklu aileler için tavsiye edilir.

I liked the location and the beds were comfortable.

Our towels were very old and stained. It makes you think the rest of the room isn't very clean as well.

Only the location, that is on Bagdat Street.

The pictures on their web site and booking.com are 8 years old. The rooms dont look like as in the pictures. The rooms were not well maintained. I rented 3 bed rooms apartment, I would rent with same money 2 seperate rooms with same money. I won't stay there till they renovate.

Ufak tefek eksikler var. Kagıt havlu vb. Olsa iyi olurdu.
