Good location en nice and clean room. Air conditioning was already switched off for the season with 29 degrees Celsius in the room.. Complaining only got us a noisy fan. Empty hotelbar and depressing breakfastroom with a nice view but yesterdays bread. |

The friendliness and helpfullness of the staff was excellent. This rates as one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. I will use this hotel in the future. I alway believe that a hotel can make or break a business trip or holiday, in this case it made the trip something to remember. |

The location, the helpfulness of the staff, the pub food was good, and the free minibar. The beds are too hard, although the internet is free, it is from the dark ages, connection is very bad and get kicked off all the time even in the business centre, the breakfast can be improved a lot. |

Location and view from roof-top terrace. The small room and small bed, by modern hotel standards and sky-high bar prices and poor breakfast buffet. |

Attitude of the staff ,friendly ,helpful.However their english was generally poor except for one person. The promised airport taxi did not come.The breakfast room was very basic.Bar prices were very very high. |

The location of the hotel in the center of old town Istanbul. There was some issue about the A/C the first day of our stay, it was somewhat better the second day. |

The views from roof terrace restaurant, and helpfulness of staff. Pool wasn't well situated - made floor slippery out to sun terrace. |

It seems that is best hotel we ever stayed in Europe up to now. Personnel, services, cleanliness were great. Upper terrace is stunning , offers wonderful views of Istanbul, we were amazed about the waiters offering us shawl`s when a little bit of a cold breeze appears. Restaurant is great, selection of foods is excellent. Location of this hotel is a stone throw to Blue Mosque, St Sophia, Great Bazaar. |

Excellent location, modern facilities in hotel,fabulous breakfast buffet, prompt and efficient room service. Neat well kept rooms. We enjoyed the bonus of free internet facilities at your business centre. We liked everything about the hotel. |

This the best hotel I ever stay in turkey during the last 3 visits in the last 2 years. The hotel is elegant, very comfertable the food menu is fantastic with resenable price and in very romantic place |

This place was great, just one minute away from Grand Bazaar and Tram station. Clean, nice room it was very clean, organized and comfortable, wonderful breakfast room and staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. Service is very professional, but not cold or too formal. The roof terrace restaurant and the fitness/spa center have incredible ocean view. |

Lovely hotel in a great position for touring the city, Good facilities, and lovely sun terrace. Breakfast was fine. Size of bedroom, it was tiny. The staff were not very good when asked to arrange something for us, they didnt bother. |

Quite good hotel. Lovely views to the Marmara sea and Mosques. Central location, close to public transports; some of the most important touristc attractions/spots within walking distance.The fact that one of the restaurants(3) is open till 2 am (terrific, when your flight is a late one)QUIET. |

Exelent vue from the roof top restaurant. Very small closet for 2 persons.Chaselounges mixed with tables and chairs in the rooftop restaurant.Bar-b-que missing on the same rooftop,it was a show some years a go. |

Central Location The London Bar was worth the visit. MAD!! Free Underground Carpark Cost of Food and Drink (but this seems to be standard in this part of the city) The suspendered ceiling in the bathrooms appeared to be connected with all the other bathrooms with no sound proofing. |

1) We travelled as family (witj 2 kids) and the Junior Suite was very comfortable for us, the terace of the suite was wonderfull. 2) The hotel is realy very close to the main atractions in Istanbul. 1) in the first evening, the neighbohood was frightening, afterwards we get used to it. Surely in the asian part of Istanbul you could find a more friendly environment, but then you will have to travel have a day to be in Sultanahmet and 2) by chance I saw a regular room and, in deed, it seems to me very small. |
