You have let your customers to know, if they choose the booking with no cancellation their credit card details are already given to the hotel and it is PAID at that moment. This hotel has 3 buildings on different locations, you are confused by finding the right place at the map. At the end it is said, your booking was on the other place, which is not the same you saw at internet.
Part of the staff was helpful and attentive. Good, central location; Metro and bus stations were near by.
Noisy neighborhood. Some of the towels had stains on them. The room was only cleaned once in 3 days. The room we received did not look anything like the pictures on the booking. There was a persistent tobacco smell in the room (we requested non-smoking).
We have stayed at Three Apples Taksim Residence for one week. The employees were very helpful, kind and respectful. We appreciated the bed quality and the room service. The hotel is 5 minutes walking from Taksim Square and metro, the area is safe. Thanks a lot to everyone working there, especially to Yeshar! I really recommend this hotel.
Sometimes, the WIFI cuts off.
Gewan the reception guy very charming and helpul Near to Taksim Square and the metro I loved the kitchen in the studio, it helped me a lot in making a breakfast and dinner for my self.
No help with the bags had to carry my- bags from the rooms to the reception and they refused to help me. - The bed is the worst i have ever seen in a hotel, actually to small beds beside each other to make one bed so there is always a gap between the 2 beds. - The room service is very poor, they came once and didn't change the shamoo or soap or any thing.
Excellent location ,clean rooms, kitchen facility, polite efficient staff ,yummy breakfast ;its worth value for money
Air condition was not so effective, major problem in safe locker, small bed for two friends;door locks also not good
The kitchenette and all the kitchen utensils provided (we cooked everyday), its proximity to many convenience shops, laundry service, tour agencies, kebap diners, taksim square, metro station, istiklal caddesi
Lack of housekeeping done. We stayed for 7 nights and the bath towels were only replaced once (I had to call the reception and asked the towels to be changed after 2days of stay), bedsheet and hand towel not changed, bathmat not replaced (even when it was obvious it was damped).
This hotel is in a very shady street far from the reception area. When we went there was no electricity and when we asked for refund the owner was like its not his problem and they were very rude and inconsiderate. I would not not recommend it for families as the staff is least bothered. I have not seen a hotel which doesnt care about the guests.
The place is a stone's throw from Taksim, Istiklal street, Gezi park and many other places. Staff are great but some have language issue which is not a huge problem.
The breakfast needs improvement. English language skills of staff needs improvement.
Service was great, especially from Senol on the front desk. Location close to Taksim square shops, Metro etc.
A few taxi drivers struggles to find the place and dropped us in the wrong location.
They are three hotels, we book in a hotel far from receiption hotel. We used one hour to find our hotel, but no receiption to open the door, we wait for long time and they just call us back to the main hotel to arrange check in ! After that , we get the room keys and carry our luaggue back to our
They are three hotels in that area, we used one hour to find our hotel with the local people. But no one open the door, and they just call us to the Main receiption hotel for check in first !! They should inform details in booking ?
Small 24X7 shops nearby.
We stayed at the residence which is 10 min walk from the reception building. We had to drag our suitcases up and down the narrow streets since we were not aware of different location of the reception. When we told it to the manager, he seemed not bothered with our comments. The locality was ok, not that great. The pictures are exaggerated. The furniture was old and worn out. The apartment is pretty small for the price we paid. I wonder why they called it deluxe? Wi-fi signal was bad.
He help with the bags
Receptionist he need 1 hour to check in
bathroom was small
I didnt like a single thing about it.The room beds were so uncomfortable that we couldnt sleep properly. The bathrooms had a weird bad smell.I wouldnt recommend it to anyone.
Staff were interested and kind. Helped us in every situations
The hotel is not were they show you or address to. We had to walk extra five minutes to get our real hotel which was in suburbs of Istanbul's street. I had to check my back every time when I walked by the street
The room was.spacious
We only booked it for half a day our flight was late and we wanted a place near the bus to airport. The location is just an indication the actual rooms are further.away. We were traveling with a baby and they gave us a room on the 3rd floor. It took more than an hour to.check in and same to check out what a waste of time for our last day. No baby crib was provided even though I mentioned it. It was a good value for a place to put our luggage. Giving that they have carried them upstairs. Thank god we didn't spend the night.
Very kindly personal, the hotel is closed to Taksim square.
The sofa (additional bed) was very uncomfortable and it seemed to be broken.
Staffs are good and cooperative.
Reception desk is away from the resident building.
1- cleaning was not that good, you still can find dust on the floor or under the tables. 2- Towels some times have staines.
In general it was a good experience. Keep it up
The road was a bit hectic
Very nice staff they care about their customers .very clean rooms and easy to get access .i feel home
Accomodation was excellent clean very confortable and modern . Apartment was great with everything we needed. Staff were great. Ten out of ten on everything. :)
The WORST hotel i ever been.First, they wanted to give me a room in tge basment. The room-never cleaned for 5 DAYS.The bed-awful.The wifi-almost none. The tv is turning on by it's own.No presaure of water. And the worst thing-the neighborhood-after dark you have ti have bodyguard to pass the streets for the suits. It's in a gipsy quart, smelly, dirty, scary.I was atacted and they stolled my laptop:(Will never ever think to go there again.
the wi fi was very good
poor breakfast the value of money was very expensive location very bad public area and not safe in the night
