every time I stay here (4 times now) every time there is always a problem with my booking. The reception staff and organisation is very poor. Actually i am really fed up with this service. once is understandable - but EVERY time?

Good Hotel

In the middle of the Industrial area

The hotel is luxurious, breakfast is good.

Location is very bad, if you think you will save money by staying in this hotel then you're wrong, you will just spend large money on Taxis. The staff is not friendly at all, they don't even bother themselves to put a smile. I definitely will not come to this hotel again. Also if you think about shopping, the only close mall to this hotel is the Forum Istanbul mall, and other malls are very far and will cost you so much time and money to go back and forth, I would recommend for you to go to Civaher mall is much bigger and much better mall for shopping. even though the taxi from Titanic hotel to Forum mall will cost you around 7 Lira, but once you board the taxi and you tell them you want to go to Forum mall they will start to curse Turkish with a very bad attitude (as it's a short distance and they won't make money out of it !!!) , I stayed there for one week and I mean literary all of the taxi behaved the same until I felt stressed out just to think to go to Forum mall, also they will start to bargain you to pay more and some of them will lei on you and will tell you that minimum charge is 10 Lira, some of them said even 20 Lira!!!!, don't follow them and stick to the counter what ever they say.. All I would like to say it was't satisfying stay at this hotel at all and they would attract more visitors if they have a shuttles from to the mall and from to down town.

Billman was very active cooperative nice always smiling unfortunately this the only thing I like in this hotel . ooh I forgot the the restaurent also is nice and food is tasty .

Room is very small . front office guys really bad non cooperative , I asked for baby bed thanks god I got it 24 hours later but I got adult bed so I have waited for another 24 hours to get babay bed. There is kids area in the hotel I asked for my kids they told me it is only for members of gym and spa [ outsiders ]!!!! they were very rude never smile . I asked for advice manytimes but always I got answer [ we dont know ] . hotel overview factories and companies not sea view as they wrote . you can see the sea only by scope !!!! . dont dont dont dont book this hotel.

It is the best hotel in Istanbul on everything, service, staff, restaurant and international class. I Recommend all very much.

a nice hotel with great staff where ever you are in the hotel , they make your day , i am a regular visitor to Istanbul , this is my first stay in this hotel , but will not be the last . special thanks to Ferhat at reception . Ceyhun and Cihan at concerge .

Some of the reception staff do not speak English well For securing water, tea and coffee is not good Where I spent the night and the next day I went out and when I came back at night I can not find water, tea and coffee, But was secured after several contacts with reception

the location of the hotel in Bayrampasa is no good , it is far way from city center and everything else , near only to Istanbul Forum

It is very nice hotel The stuff together with the management are very helpful They appreciate your needed as could as they can. They are not conceit like the others in the five star hotels The room very nice and delicate I advice every body to choose it Me my self will alwayes choose it

This hotel falls in the average category for me.

Staff was not so friendly. The hotel is located in a bad area and it is quite far from downtown.

every thing is good breakfast is fantastic and internet is in good speed. Relationship manager is really very much helping and friendly.

Only one thing i found the shower is not proper work in my bathroom it is very minor finding rest of the things are fantastic.

The breakfast was good and the room was clean but tiny .

In my booking comments , I requested a King size bed , but the bed I found was too small for a married couple, the hotel was far from Istanbul's attractions and was in the midlle of a bussiness area where warehouses and wholesale were all over, it's a nice hotel in a very poor location,when tried to check out , the staff was not helpful throwing the ball to the sales Dep. I did it through Booking.com as cancellation coice I chose was available, all in all, I would not recommend this Hotel for sight seeing and leisure.
