friendly staff u feel like u r at home..5 stars furniture nd returant ,and realy piece of mind .I realy apprecite the mutual cooperation of Ms Esra the customer relationship supervisor who who done best of her job as team leader..thanx alot nd sure such hotel will be my first choice. the location looks far from city center.

Very helpful staff Cigarette smoke getting into the room from somewhere. Some towels had stains on them which made you wonder if they were used or clean.

Great staff, super spa, lovely breakfast, top class rooms. Mini bar sooooo expensive...didn't know I'd be charged extra for a cot bed, guest didn't use bed slept on sofa I shouldn't have been charged for this. When I booked hotel it was $150 it was more than that on my visa card.

Хороший Wi - Fi, хорошие завтраки В номере не работал подогрев полов в ванной, в ответ на жалобу принесли тепловентилятор. Текла раковина. Не информативные проспекты отеля в номере. В отеле нет банкомата

The bedroom was real comfortable with one of the best bathrooms I have ever had. The plate of fruit and bottle of wine left in the room was a really nice gesture. The choice of food for breakfast was a delight....

profissional staff, all of them speak english. free shuttle great breakfast nice rooms with great space and bathrooms design is beautiful spa and swimming pool wasn't bad at all.. very recommended if you are in business or you are looking for a hotel close to Sabiha airport. be careful don't choose this hotel if you want to visit the city of istanbul. it is too far from the old city and there is nothing much outside the hotel.. construction going on just next to the hotel but inside the rooms it is not an issue at all.

Frendly and helpful staff Was very hot in the room, only warm air from ac (was recommended to open the window). Changed the room. Very far from the center of Istanbul. The location is only good when working nearby as the traffic is pretty dense.

Rahat vetemiz bir konaklama Saat 12 çıkışlı olmasına rağmen saat 10 da temizlik görevlileri çat kapı odaya giriyor içeride olup olmadığına odaya girdikten sonra bakıyor. çıkış yapılıp yapılmadığını ve saati bilmediklerini düşünüyorum

Personel yaklaşımı ve ilgisi oldukça iyiydi. Daha önce ayarlanmış oda yerine mümkünse deniz manzaralı oda rice ettim ve resepsiyon yetkilisi oldukça açıklayıcı ve hızlı şekilde çözüm bularak ve oldukça güleryüzlü şekilde davranarak gönlümüzü fethetti. 2 hafta kadar önce kalmıştım, ayni eleştiriyi yineliyorum kahvaltı salonu ve masalar ve kahvaltı dizaynını beğenmedim. çOk sıkışık ve boğucu bir düzende maalesef

En önemlisi daha önce o bölgede bir çok otelde kaldım. Fakat Titanic/Kartal'ı neden pas geçmişim anlamadım ve çok üzüldüm. Normalde booking.com. Olmasaydı normal fiyatlarına kalmazdım.
