Location and privacy

i asked for late checkout but it was rejected. late cleaning was not granted. breakfast need to be improved.

Bathroom was excellent. Cleaning service was excellent. The breakfast was very very good. 9/10 The breakfast was always something to look forward to. The staff at front desk, good in there English, so very easy to communicate with. :)

Superior room could be bigger for the money I spent on it. The bathroom was excellent , best feature of the room.

Good facilities: room, spa, lobby, restaurants and good service. Staff members in majority provide high level of service. We had infant with us and most of personnel was very helpful especially Hakan at breakfast and bellboy (do not recall his name).

Before moving to Titanic i was staying close by and walked in to make reservation for next 2 days. Receptionist told me that there are no rooms available for the days i need. I told him that i checked on booking.com and there are available rooms he said: "ok make reservation thru booking then". that was interesting. I was so close to choosing another hotel because of that but did not have time for research and made reservation thru booking for the same dates.He actually checked me in afterwards.

The location and the service

Good location. People at the reception are polite and helpful. Excellent breakfast. The SPA area is small but pleasant, the swimming pool is open until late (9 p.m.)

The „Superior room” was very small, with an extra bed for a child we literally couldn’t move across the room; No balcony. The people from the staff entered the room or knocked on the door in inappropriate time, which is annoying when a small child is sleeping.

rooms were clean and good size, breakfast various in assortments, pertinent prices compared with services, one of the best options for Istanbul

close by Taksim area which is under construction ( implicitelly a little bit of dust and noise) but it didn't bothered us too much

Lot of receptionist in the front desk but no one seems to be very helpful... (Very common in Istanbul). Restaurant is open just for a short time... They send you always to the top floor bar if you come around 14:30pm for lunch. Breakfast is terrible... No fresh fruit cut!

My 2nd stay within 3weeks, stayed a total of 6nights. The friendliness of the staff at the Bar on the 11th floor and their efforts in serving me spicy meals after I described my preference being African, I was also served free Champagne, the fruits served on the arrival day, The shower pressure was very good, the room was spacious,

The house keeping is not 24/7, so you either get your room cleaned in the morning or you forget it (they offer you the option of changing your towels and toiletries), the breakfast options are limited, the mini bar is never replenished, the reception staff were not helpful this time around, the lightning in the rooms are poor

Poor room cleaning, airconditioner fixed setting, no top up of tea and coffee in the room daily.

What I Iove about Titanic City hotel is simply everything! First it's within walking distance to Istiklal street one of the most famous streets in Istanbul that caters to all tastes in food, shopping and entertainment. Secondly the rooms are always spotless and include all you need in comfort and many amenities. And last but not least the amazing staff especially Volkan in the reception and Mohamet at the breakfast restaurant. They go out of their way to ensure we enjoy our stay every time we visit. Lovely hotel in a magical city.

The position close to the downtown area.

I liked everything in the hotel, the location, staff, food, surrounding shops, cafes and restaurants. The hotel location is at a walkable distance to Taksim square and Istiklal Street.

The room wasn't cool enough and didn't have the air-condition controller. The receptionist couldn't solve the problem.

I would like to thank all the staff of the hotel for their courtesy & assistance. I have been also upgraded to a suit room during my second stay in one week. my special thanks to Mr Volkan from the front desk who has been been extremely kind. See you next time
