The staff couldn't have been more helpful . The rooms were large , very well equipped and beautifully decorated.

1.Rooms are spacious 2.Location is very convenient to major attractions 3. Most importantly, the staff are all very helpful and attentive, especially Nural and Alichan at the welcome desk.

Hotel Staff is very helpful and polite, location is very central, but at the same time very quite, superior suite has a lot of space and good facilities, very clean amd modern.

Around the hotel there are some old buildings where no one lives. So if I were travelling on my own, I would not feel very safe passing them. But it might be just psycological impression of old left buildings

High quality furnishings throughout the hotel, large and comfortable bed, luxury bathroom, friendly and helpful staff, excellent choice of breakfasts, view from the terrace on fourth floor, use of ipads at breakfast, the fact that a complimentary bottle of water was put in the room on a daily basis, easily accessible by public transport

Didn't love the hotel restaurant for dinner

Great service, especially from Nural the helpful hotel manager/guest manager. Very unique hotel in a great location. These guys are good at the little things....The rooms are very spacious, even the standard ones... much better than a standard hotel. Highly recommend this hotel.

Spacious & quiet. Rare in Istanbul

No garden / outside area & lack of fitness centre

Very quiet area, it was perfect to relax for a quick escape weekend. Room size are very generous. Staff are amazing, not over friendly and very helpful. The receptionist went our of her way to ensure we would be able to find the attractions and not get lost.

Although the hotel offer spa in room service, a full spa and a gym in the hotel would have been a big plus. Still it was worth while our stay as it is a great setting for those who are looking for a relaxed environment.

Cleanliness, small details such as toiletries and chocolate on my pillow. Nural the hotel customer service manager was extremely helpful and professional and guided me thru the Istanbul very efficiently. The hotel was very modern, quiet and clean within the vicinity of some major attractions, shops and restautants.

The variety for breakfast was a bit poor

The location is good, but accessing to main attraction is very hard due to very (very!!) sloppy streets. The breakfast options are very limited and could be much better.

Location was good, but we had two taxi drivers who had trouble finding the hotel.

The quality of personal service from the very outset, including an introduction for first-time visitors to Istanbul over a cup of coffee on the rooftop restaurant. The degustation menu at dinner was a treat.

Walking back up the hill from the light rail station at the end of a long day exploring the sights - but delightful to come home to, nonetheless. However it would not be suitable for people with mobility problems. Oh, and they cannot cook poached eggs to my liking, but they cannot be expeced to do everything perfectly, surely?

The most excellent, attentive and friendly staff; stunning views from the rooftop terrace bar and restaurant; incredible food; a great location with good bars, restaurants and art shops. Perfect.

Absolutely worth recommending; close to the main street and walking distance to Bosphorus. Spacious and comfortable rooms, luxurious bathroom and molton brown cosmetics.

TOMTOM SUITES is superbly maintained.

Room Service staff did not understand English. If the Self Help Guide is in English and it requests guests to contact Room Service for further or extra information, then I expect the staff working for Room Service to speak and understand English. I do not believe this is unreasonable.

The suite was very big and beautifully designed as was the whole hotel.

The school across the street was rather noisy.

Friendly and helpful staff, location is a change from the old part of Istanbul for those that have been to the main tourist areas. Hotel is well appointed.
