Staff were friendly. Rooms were clean large. The location of the hotel was excellent for the price; in the town centre and moments from the Lagoon. |

Proximity to the beach and shopping precinct. Some of the staff were great! The bathroom smelt very bad - for my entire stay. The toilet leaked, even after the maintenance man came twice. The shower leaked. The internet did not work in the room. The room was noisy - and we were as far away from the restaurant/bar as possible - karaoke at 3am isn't very funny when one needs sleep...everything was costed as additional...including safe in room. Restaurant staff were very unfriendly when/if one chose to eat outside the hotel. I was charged for two in the room for a week whereas I was on my own for half the time. |

Hotel good. In the center and in the fuzz. Minibus gets you 5 mins walking from there. Otherwise pay a lot taxi and be left at 1 minute walking from there. (+) Not expensive for what offers. Paid 32€/night in double. (+) Bathroom clean. Separate shower. (+) Breakfast is regular for turkish, with buffet. (+/-) People nice. But not very caring. (+) 2 minutes walk from Beach and surroundings with plenty choice of restaurants and shops. (+) English spoken by most of the employees. (+) We had air conditioning for free. Very noisy specially in party days like fridays, saturdays or other occasional parties. Belonging restaurant with live music until 1 a.m. several times. If you are going to rest try other hotels in the next street because this one is really in the fuzz. It's not impossible, but you are definitely awake at least until 1 a.m. Sometimes you can even ear three different music from different places. It's a relatively big hotel and with lots of movement which makes you less important for the staff. (-) Mostly clean. Didn't replace the toilet carpet that was dirty from the first day. Didn't get cleaning one day. Very humid bedroom. (-) You can't ear 5.a.m. prays but you get party at least until 1 a.m. (-) Late checkout not free (half day value). |

Very central to all activities and close to the beach. Rooms were basic but adequate and very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There is very loud noise from the surrounding bars until 1:00am and then it stops. Apart from that I can't really think of anything. There's no lift which may cause problems for some people. Other than that it's a nice budget hotel. |

closeness of main attraction and being located in the heart of the town. No refrigerator in the room, no elevator. Also you need too pass an active resturant to get to the reception lobby after ridding the stairs. no billboys so you have to carry your lugagues... |

Just the very center of Öludeniz, with shops, markets and restaurants. Was very noisy from the restautant downstairs till midnight every day |

Good value for money despite a friend of the owner demanding to know why a female friend and myself wanted seperate rooms and not share a double bed. But discretion has never been a Turkish strongpoint. I was aware of the late night early morning noise levels from the nearby bars and this should be made clear to visitors. |

Внимательный, отзывчивый персонал. Скромно, но с достоинством, не навязывают назойливо ничего лишнего. Местоположение вообще выше всяких похвал! Все что нужно для туриста или отдыхающего, который сам знает как организовать свой досуг. Или расширить ассортимент завртака или вообще убрать его из списка услуг. Еще лучше предоставить право выбора (включен или не включен завтрак) клиенту. |

Que estaba muy cerca de la playa Anuncian un aparcamiento que luego no hay facilidad para encontrar, hay mucho ruido en los alrededores hasta altas horas de la madrugada y las habitaciones deberían estar más limpias. |

Доброжелательный персонал, наличие бассейна, возможность подключения к бесплатному WI-FI, удобная постель, наличие кондиционера улучшить можность сигнала Wi-Fi, усовершенствовать замки на дверях номеров (очень сильно хлопают ими постояльцы), добавить услугу трансфера до аэропорта (сейчас транфера нет или просто дорогущее такси) |

Близость к пляжу Олюдениз Очень шумный отель - с одной стороны окна выходят на центральную улицу поселка,с другой - на бар отеля,где громкая музыка и танцы почти до утра. В номерах отсутствуют балконы. Также нет заявленной на сайте бесплатной парковки. |
