staff sehr freundlich, herzlicher empfang und gute betreuung, shuttle von und zum flughafen hat gut funktioniert, zimmer schön eingerichtet und ruhig, zimmer und bad geräumig, ausgezeichnetes frühstücksbuffet, terrasse mit schöner aussicht (da trägt man sein frühstück gerne selbst hinauf), beste lage in der nähe von sultan ahmed und aya sofia, angenehme umgebung (akbiyik cad.) auf der terrasse hat mitunter das sehr laute absauggebläse am dach des benachbarten hotels acropol gestört |

Freundliches Personal, Toplage, unschlagbares Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, gratis Airport-Shuttle, Jacuzzi-Wanne Frühstück mittelmäßig, Dachterrasse leider wegen Renovierung geschlossen, Concierges empfehlen einem nur sehr touristische Restaurants (andererseits setzen sie sich sehr für eine Reservierung in selbstgewählten Restaurants ein!) |

Proximity to old Istanbul. Breakfast was the same every day. Some variety would have been nice since I was there for 2 weeks. Internet service is offered which is great but it is not available during breakfast (6am to 11am) which was annoying. |

We very much enjoyed the rich breakfast buffet, the kind and helpful staff of the hotel, the pick up service from and to the airport.The guests of this hotel are polite, calm and seem to be interested in visiting Constantinopel for its marvellous historical sites. Another positive thing is that the hotel is located in a very calm street, close to, but off the actual restaurant and bar street. The sign on the hotelcomputer that free internet is limited to 15 minutes per person and sitting is also very helpful as everybody will get a chance to use the internet.We also appreciated the cleaningladies who were extremely friendly and helpful. There was constructionwork going on from morning to afternoon on the floor above us, thus making noise. We did not have the whish of taking a afternoon nap/siesta, which would have been impossible. But fortunately the work and noise stopped by early evening. |

Service was very good: pick up at airport, offered tea on arrival, excellent email communication before arrival. Free breakfast was good. Room was cramped. Double bed was two beds that slid apart. Bath lacked hand rails, was half size and difficult and dangerous to exit. |

1. Polite staff, quickly reacting on the clients inquiries and problems. 2. Very nice Mr from the reception desk who give us all information about the surroundings and more. You could count on him in every situation. Good knowledge of English. 1. TV switching on in the middle of the night time after time (switching off with the remote, doesn`t help cause it was switching on immediately after). 2. The door of the bathroom get locked from inside (no one were there at that time) and there were no possibility to open them (even with the room key). 3. Special offer of "free" transfer between hotel and the airport were free but only from Airport to hotel. For the return we were charged separetely and informed about the charge 5 minutes after check out from the hotel. 4. Jacuzzi in the bathroom didn`t work. |

Its location - close to Topkapi Palace and other sites The bathroom was adequate but had no shelf for toiletries. However this was not a problem it's just an observation. The helpfulness and friendliness of the staff was excellent. |

Istanbul is cats, the ships, a decline, mosques, the freshest fish, terrases, an interdiction on smoking and Tria Boutique hotel, and people who works there. . Im with Antony have regretted, that have not brought with myself gifts from Russia which we would like to present people who there work. They have left deep trace in our hearts.To us was very comfortably and cosy. We shall necessarily return to Istanbul, and to these people, in Tria Boutique hotel. Thanks! My partner and I had a very enjoyable stay at the Tria. Perfectly located for the major sites (5 mins walk from Hagia Sofia and Blue Mosque). The staff were very friendly and courteous. Good breakfast too. The last night there was a lot of noise from the next room all night long, which kept us awake all night. The walls are paper thin. We were lucky to have 3 quiet nights but not so lucky the last night. You take pot luck on what neighbours you have I suppose |
