Juccuzi was nice but smelt so awful whenever we came back to the room it had this horrible smell
Location was not good, had to get a taxi to most places breakfast at this hotel is awful, do not go with the hot transfer as you can get cheaper with a taxi it is £40 English pound for one way!! All in all hotel was not good value for money and would not stay here again
I like to stay every time in triada hotel its like my house and because it in taksim the place which i love
In the middle of every destination you might want to go to!
All the things is excellent. Especially Salim he is so cooperative person. I really enjoy every thing the jacozzi and all is so excellent. I really want to repeat the trial again in that fantastic hotel.
* my room was with bath.tub and it has massage (excellent option) for ur day end. *location is exactly in start of taksim street step from taksim square *staff good and helpful and quiet hotel. *listening to (some) noise at night but it doesnt effect ur sleep. *if u want a romantic and great cozy room the one with the bath.tub is excellent choice *great price. I have seen worse hotels with higher prices!! So this is a good deal.
Hotel entrance maybe need a light sign . Seriously cant think of anything i didnt like.. :)
staff was particularly helpful and knowledgeable, very good hotel location, very good breakfast, reasonable prices. in overall its all great
i booked a hotel in Trada and when I arrive to the hotel turns out that they have another branch like a building housing without reception A very busy place can not sleep Breakfast in the cafeteria outside the hotel . There are cheats in booking photos do not match the reality at all Price comparison Hotel very expensive
We like The spa and the bath room, but the bed room was very dark no window.
The management, we booked for 4 nights, there were in the middle of demonstrations and tear gas, wife was too scared, we decided to stay only two nights and leave the country, they wouldn't give us any money back not even 50% or at least credit, very rude, will not go back again or recommend it to any one
The guy at reception was very nice and tried to be as helpful as he could.
Jacuzzi room is falsely advertised - all of the rooms with the Jacuzzi are dark rooms facing the wall. they added false lighting to make them seem bright. There is not even one that has natural light like in the photos. I was given a different room in a different building owned by them - it was dirty, parts in the shower were falling apart, heating wasn't working properly, hot water lasted 5 minutes. Manager was rude when I complained at the end about how horrible it was putting words in my mouth telling me that I didn't take the Jacuzzi room because I didn't like it. What a stretch from the room had nothing to do with what you are showing in the pictures. Came for work and bounced 3 cities in 2 weeks. Had no more energies to fight this situation and change rooms again. Seriously run for your life. The hotel is not what they are advertising it to be. Complained to Booking.com and the manager kept lying about what was said and is covering up for the false advertising. WiFi was so slow that it was at the speed of dial-up. It took me for ever to load each page. I was afraid to step on the carpet in the room that was given me. It was dirty and with stains. I don't feel that I got the value for my money and worst, I was looking forward to this stop in Istanbul and thought that after such difficult travels I will be able to relax in their Jacuzzi in a really nice and pampering room. Instead I had to survive the experience.
central location and helpful staff
it is nice to see when a hotel invests in proper marketing of its rooms, however, in this case, the photos overstate the actual size and condition of the rooms to such extent that the guests are significantly disappointed by the reality compared to expectation. and the rooms are by far NOT 40 sq m as advertised. the location is good and central but noisy, on a central street with lots of people traffic, music, a night club in 10 meter distance and next to a big square with a muezzin tower on it (6am calls to prayer)
The reception staff were very helpful specially Emran & Saleem they were very kind.
I was shocked when they take me to another building they told me it's part of the hotel but the rooms were very small not as I see and choose from booking.com but they changed it the next day and transfered me to the main building, which was better.
Everything..except the view from our window.
Wifi was excellent. location is in istiklal street, very close to taksim square and metro station. But it is far from sultanehmet area. The room was quite in the sixth floor with a small balcony over looking an old nice church.
The entrace for the triada residence where i stayed was scary. The room has nothing to do with the pics they are showing on the site, it is totally different. It was very small and they refused to change it for me. They gave me coupons to have breakfast in the french institute across the road, the place was nice but they always take along time to serve it each time. It is the same breakfast every day for the seven days i stayed. But there are many restaurants around. They charged me the price of the room twice, and till now i didnt get my money back. I called the hotel many times and the staff were saying we will refund you tomorrow, then when i call again they say tomorrow and so on. They were really ignorant. I called booking.com and really i would like to thank the customer service there very much they are really amazing. And booking.com are going to refund my money back. The petty thing that one of the receptionists said to me when i was checking out: we r expecting you to give us 10/10 in my booking.com review!!!! For me, i will never go back to triada hotel again.
Poor breakfast Impossible to sleep
Great location and very helpful staff
Airport transfers chaotic and overpriced. Apartment ceiling needs urgent repair. It's an eye sore!
Best location, very helpful staff and the room is so nice :)
Close to train, great central and exciting location that was very walkable. Modern decor. Ozgar was very welcoming our first evening there.
Room with soaking tub had some cosmetic issues but was quiet. Room with balcony was very noisy at night. Smell of smoke inside lobby at breakfast from smokers outside of lobby door. Shower tile area had some mildew.
The location is great, and the privacy of the room is good.
Breakfast was really poor. It was located in the French consulate and you have no options to choose from. It's a fixed plate of basic bfast carb protein and vitamins. The toilet is extremely extremely small, so moving around in the toilet is hard.
Staff well Trained trying to provide you with the maximum Support
No privacy in room you can hear the next room
The staff are very nice, friendly, and so helpful... Excellent service! They upgraded my room in a suite, that's fantastic. The room is comfort and quiet. The hotel is in a great location, so easy for shopping and dining out... I would like to go back again.
The hotel lobby is small. Breakfast is quite easy and simple.
friendly staff "In" the buzzing center of Istanbul we had the penthouse which is really fantastic with taksim square view.
breakfast is basic however good enough ( as we might be a bit spoiled)
Location, confortable bedrooms, good bed.
The nearby is very noisy. The breakfast is very poor.
Loved the great spa in room and comfortable bed. Friendly staff.
Our room had a view of a concrete wall (not advertised as no view) and the shower had mould in the seals. Expect this fixed for the price you are paying.
