I loved the beach and the pool. Also the hotel had a great look & feel to it. There was no soap in the bathroom and the towels we were given were sort of just thrown on the bed! |

It is a beautiful hotel with a lovely swimming pool. The food was the standard of a 5 star hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The transport to Bodrum was very close and convenient. We had a great time in Turkey! The shower was blocked when we arrived and did stink. The more we used the shower the better it smelled. |

The room shown in on the website was not the room that was given to me. When I enquired about it, the manager said that they do not give any guarantees about which room to give to customers and told me to call booking.com to solve my problems. Also, the hotel charges extra for Air Conditioner, despite the claim on booking.com that all rooms had Air Conditioners.The pool bar had loud music which made it difficult to relax in your room. |

Most of all i liked Staff in Tropicana Beach. You realise from the begining that they are like a big family there. Very friendly and helpful with everybody. I will return be back here again!!!!!!!!!! The room clearning service is not good enougth. But you can solve it. so it can't be very big problem |

The staff was wonderful. They went out of their way to make us feel like part of the family. The cleaning ladies made a heart out of the towels on the bed and decorated it with flowers. My girl friend loved it. The bartenders were great and the staff did everything they could do for us. |

Personeel was heel vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Het hotel licht dichtbij het strand. Grootte van de kamers was boven verwachting, gezien de prijs. Netheid van kamers viel tegen, met name de badkamer. Werd alleen opgeruimd en niet gepoetst. In de 6 dagen dat we er zaten hebben we geen schone handdoeken gekregen. Gebrekkige variatie in ontbijt. |

la piscine douce et agréable , le studio est bien dimensionné avec frigo bien utile pendant l'été pour avoir toujours de l'eau ( en bouteille !! ) fraiche à tout moment , et bien orienté par rapport à la piscine la cabine de douche est à reprendre au niveau étancheité et hygiene - le niveau de la musique disco autour de la piscine |

El departamento era grande y cómodo, la pileta está muy bien, el bar a la noche tiene fiesta y el ambiente es joven y alegre. Con solo cruzar la calle se llega a la playa. Extremadamente dificil de llegar. Con mapa y todo, demoramos 2 horas en llegar, y gracias a que pagamos un taxi que nos robó en el precio. Si se van con auto, elegir otro hotel. Si hay un tranfer que los lleve, es una buena opción. Lo malo es que cuando fuimos a pagar, el joven de la recepción nos dijo que no podíamos pagar con tarjeta y que debíamos pagar en efectivo. Luego de discutir un largo tiempo y sin llegar a ninguna solución, tuvimos que darle el efectivo porque hacía rato nos esperaban para llevarnos a tomar el ferry y se nos hacía tarde. Si van, asegurarse el pago con tarjeta!!!! Yo en lo personal, no tengo buenos recuerdos de este hotel. |

La proximité de l'hôtel avec le centre touristique de Bodrum. TAxis souvent très proches de l'hôtel et bord de mer et ses restaurants et ses bars tous proches de l'hôtel. La climatisation dans la chambre n'est pas comprise dans le prix global. C'est un peu dommage d'être obligé de la réclamer en sus même si cela ne coûte pas excessivement cher mais il vaudrait mieux qu'elle soit intégrée directement au prix. Aussi, l'hôtel propose des animations le soir qui durent beaucoup, beaucoup trop tard (4 ou 5h du matin) La musique n'est pas forte, elle est excessivement et horriblement élevée!!!!!! C'est à devenir dingues!!! 5 jours étaient amplement suffisants car tellement fatigants.... |
