Staff were very friendly and helpful, location of the hotel was just a walking distance from the shopping street and some restaurants.

The hotel has a weird dim light everywhere in the lounge or in the elevator and also in the rooms, it can get really suffocating! First we got a double room where you can not even open 2 luggages, there are no closets or even drawers, rooms are so small you can barely walk and you would trip on your luggage!! We asked to change the room and got a slightly bigger one. The first room had dirty pillows as if it was thrown on the floor and stepped on, the 2nd room had always ants on the floor, and the AC had a half an hour weird loud sound. Also on the weekends it can be extremely loud from the bars and pubs nearby!!!!

The hotel has special style, either you like or you don't, from my side I did not like at all, very low lighting so all is dark, Very small rooms, view from window was catastrophic, Ok buffet for breakfast

Gloomy hotel, all lights was indirect. It wasn’t enough light and I don’t like the dark grey colors all over on the elevator, walls and carpets..

The single rooms are really tiny, no drawers, no cupboards and they are very noisy because they are exposed to the street where all the pubs are located. It is hard to sleep

Practically everything else. rooms are dingy, no lighting, bathrooms would put a public toilet to shame. Breafast is ordinary. Location is not excatly taksim square but 15 min away also narrow road in front a construction work. Over all dissapointing.

I really liked our room,great location, very nice hotel with a modern design.

I know it is a small detail but the carpet wasnt vacuumed good, there were hair on the floor. Overall everything was great! Keep improving:)

The location was good. Just five minutes from the buzzing Istikalal street and 10 minutes from Taksim Square. Staff are very friendly.

It is described as a 4 star hotel, I do not know what Micehlin things about it. I think it is just a 3 star hotel. Rooms very tiny, the lift is very small and the bathroom are very small. I asked for a double bed, and they just put two single beds together. It was unconfortable. It was noisy. The restaurant is too small and there is no great variety for breakfats. Same thing everyday. I think that it is too epxensive for what you get. There is no value for money at all.

The hen´s party next day and the construction across the street, both keeping us awake until late night.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It's located close to a big shopping street where you can get all the souvenirs, local specialties, clothes you need and a lot more. Also, there are many restaurants and bars nearby to choose from.

It was too noisy on Friday and Saturday night till late hours due to location near bars which were playing loud music at night (Sunday was already quiet). Also, the room was quite small and dark. If you don't have a travel card, it's difficult to commute as the stations nearby don't have the talon vending machines.
