Helpful staff Good location Good breakfast Comfortable stay
Rooms are old and not very clean. If you want to find a cheap and basic place to stay in Selcuk, it is fine. But not really comfortable.
Nice owner, good location.
It's a fairly basic place. You have to walk up stairs to get to your room so be prepared to carry your suitcase, however they are also open to storing it in the reception office. They don't provide any bath supplies such as shampoo, conditioner, bath gel or soap so be sure to take your own. I also don't remember seeing a hair dryer.
The staff were all family members who made you feel as though you were visiting their home. In fact we ended up visiting the Turkish home of the maternal grandparents of the teenage boy who helped his parents run the hotel on his invitation. They graciously entertained us with tea and fruit and ended by giving me the gift of a scarf and a pair of socks. I felt as though I was an old family friend who came for a visit. They gave us very helpful advice about our visit to Ephesus which saved us from walking double the distance as we ended up taking a taxi and being dropped at the bottom of Ephesus and walking to the top instead of driving which would have meant walking back to our car.
-Staffs are nice n helpful -best location, very near the interested sited n bus station -good BF -cheched in early
Shower flooded bathroom but drained pretty quickly
Owner and staff were wonderful and the books provided about the area were very helpful. Simple but with neat traditional decor throughout hotel. Great location near restaurants and shops.
The room is relatively old as well as the facilities. The bed seems to be not so clean.
The location is quite good, friendly owner. Good value for money.
Bed is so uncomfortable and cold inside room
WiFi works well inside room.
Great location, warm hosts. Rashid and his son Mert treated us like family. Great value for money, and will return to stay should we come back to Selcuk.
the family who run the pension is really kind, helpful. the breakfast is really nice also. and the location is just perfect, near to otogar and city center
AC shower quilt
location breakfast stuff
Didn't take Credit Car payments, and it was more expensive for a basic hotel compared to the other places we stayed at.
Friendly staff member
Extremely cold in winter
Very nice staff and beautiful garden
Very cold in Jan. Air con not really working. Small room and bathroom.
The AC was terrible/ NO HOT WATER for showering during our stay/
The breakfast was good/ The family are quite nice/ Good location
very close to the train station, 5 min walking from the bus station. Convenient hotel for a short stay in the town. Staff very kind
there were flies in our room, but it didn't bother me. hope the terrace was not occupied by sheet.
they've go a beautiful garden with a lovely orange tree providing fresh delicious orange as breakfast. Although it was kind of like deserted in the winter, we still enjoyed our stay in tuncay pension. no noise, easy to get to every where, we even walk to efes!
Breakfast was good, staff was friendly. close to bus station and easy to locate and travel to and from.
Curtain don't quite cover windows.
Location and price are good. Family is honest and kind. Wifi works well.
Our room was a bit cold and the AC unit wasn't working all that well. There were signs of mould on the bathroom ceiling, and no bedside table lamps. Breakfast outside a bit cold in winter but must be lovely in summer.
Very nice and helpful owners Simple and nicely decorated room Good central location Good WIFI and hot water
the house of nice, kind and warm family! Thank you Mr. Sokgecer and all family members
Neat room and decorated with nice Turkish style. Wonderful breakfast with free clementines from the tree. The owner is nice and helpful.
Room is clean and neat
Convenient location within walking distance to Ephesus and other sites
One member of staff wasn't too friendly but it wasn't too big a deal.
Good location, great breakfast and good value for money. Nothing fancy but has what you need.
1. Room: I stayed in the mix dorm which consisted of 11 beds. It was so poorly insulated (there was a huge hole above the door which was covered with just a piece of paper). It was difficult to catch any sleep in the cold. I visit in mid-October. 2. Bathroom: There was only 1 bathroom for the dorm. It is okay during low season but I can't image what it would be like during high season.
1. Location: It was very near the bus terminal/otagar, shops and restaurants. 2. Garden/Dining/Common Area: Lovely and very relaxing garden that encourage people to hang out and interact.
