Great..location. great staff realy helpfull and welcoming
Exellent location, nice interior and exterior, so kind personnel, especially Mashalla and Alya(lady cooking breakfast).
Everything was wonderful. The staff is very helpful and does their best to make you comfortable. It looks like you arrived to your good friends not to the hotel. Lamara - the woman who works there makes a delicious omlet at the breakfast, and other really tasty things. There's a wonderful terrace, where you can have your breakfast and enjoy the view of Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque and Marble Sea. The staff at the reception is very helpful and can reserve you interesting excursions and shows. There are a lot of wonderful restaurants nearby. And you can get to the main sightseeing in 3-5 minutes. That was great. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. I'll definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. .
Everything was great!
1.The best location!!!!!! 2. VERY friendly staff, wanna help u and solve any problems. 3. nice view from the roof! I reccomend this hotel only for 1-2 nights or for those who can sleep at any terms.
1. It's too noise, it's impossible to sleep well if u are not drunk))). There are only 3 floors with rooms and you listen all noise from reception (at the ground floor) and from the kitchen from 4 floor. You can sleep only from 4a.M. till 6a.M. Staff is very friendly, but they don't even understand that people wanna relax at their room!!!! They always talk very loudly (can scream from kitchen at 4 floor with smb who at reception at ground floor, around your room, at stairs and so on). Also I heard how the furniture was moved at the night, it happend two nights. Dear Staff, please do it smth with this noise, you are the reason of this problem!!!! 2. the worst water-shower: you should wait for getting hot water for 15-20 min, and it's too poor in a tap (if u have long hair it will be a problem to wash it, it took 1 hour, nightmare))) 3. very poor breakfast.
First off, the location is beyond good. Its on a side street opposite Four Seasons hotel and after a 2 min walk you have Aya Sofia on the right and Blue Mosque and Sultanahmet on the left. This locality is the ideal place to stay if you want to explore these sites at whatever hour you please. Its also near souvenir shops, general items shops and lots of eateries. The suite was very nicely decorated, spacious, the double bed was delightfully comfortable and the sofa/single bed was good too. The washroom was of a good size. We loved looking out the huge suite windows to the sights around. Breakfast was pretty good, served buffet style. Its served at the top of the building. The views are wonderful with Bosporus, Aya Sofia, and Blue Mosque visible. The lady cook makes a very yummy and special omelet! The staff is polite, pleasant, helpful and speaks good English. Wifi was good. For its price tag, wonderful rooms and location, its an excellent deal!
Has no elevator but the stairs are comfortable to climb and the staff helps with baggage, etc.
Perfect location directly oposite to famous Four Seassons Hotel. 24h reception. Cleaning room everyday, every other day changing bedlinen. Awesome view from terrase (Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque and seagals:-)
No elevator. Ucomfortable bathroom.
Excellent location, excellent staff especially in the breakfast the staff was perfect.
Only instant coffee for breakfast
The owners of the hotel/ art gallery are very friendly and helpful. They immediately offered me a tea, and gave a recommendation for dinner. The location of the hotel is perfect for sightseeing, and the view from the hotel terrace was amazing. I would highly recommend it!
Location, Location, Location! It is literally 100 steps from the Blue Mosque and the Hagia Sophia! In addition, the staff is very friendly (a special shout out to the young lady Jonso who works at the reception during the day). They can also help you get tickets etc. to the various attractions in the city. All in all, a pretty good place if you do not have a problem with climbing stairs...
The only problem with this place is that there are no rooms on the ground floor. You have to climb a VERY steep set of narrow stairs to go up to the rooms. So if climbing stairs is not your thing, then it may not be the best option for you.
The room of course! The location is perfectly close to all attractions! The staffs were all helpful and friendly during my stay. Thank you very much for all :)
A bit noise sometimes from people outside.
While in Istanbul, I stayed In 4 different locations (apartments, hotels, and hostel - to get the full range). This a charming hotel in a prime location, next to the blue mosque and Sophia. Turkish style breakfast every morning was tasty. The staff go above and beyond to be accommodating - 1 woman lost her passport and they helped her to connect with the US embassy. I can not say enough good things about this place. See for yourself! :)
The views from the rooftop terrace are amazing, the breakfast was a typical Turkish spread and the rooms are newly renovated, clean and comfortable. Great welcome on arrival.
The TV is a little low, tall people watch your head. No reception staff were around for checkout in the morning, so the cleaners called in someone from down the road.
1. Excellent staff, very available and helpful! Thanks to the young girl staff Jenny! 2. Good location.
Bad wifi in the room, with nearly no signal.
staff were excellent in service, perfect location offered us only 5 min by walking to the Aya Sofia, Blue Mosque. Breathtaken view of the Marmara sea and those landmarks of Istanbul when we had our breakfast on the roof we had. we will definitely choose Turk Art again if we visit istanbul again.
The hotel staff was great and very helpful. Location is above perfect. They told us hotel is renovated every year, it's obvious the rooms are very beautiful, nice design, they are little small but we did not need much space. The hotel has a terrace which is only opened for guests, it's not a restaurant, I found that very nice. Also it is an art gallery you can find nice handcraft pieces of local culture and buy them. I got the promotional price so it was also a great value for money. Totally recommend this hotel!
Terrace needs to be redeemed a bit, and there is no elevator if you live on 3rd floor it's hard to carry baggage, but the staff is ready to help:) so in the end cons don't matter that much
Great, super great location, 1.5 min walking from 2 main mosques, mini-market with water, snacks, friuts in next to hotel building, unreal view from the terrace where breakfast is provided. By the way you may visit this terrace anytime you want to. A special thanks to hotel staff who are always welcome, friendly and helpfuland glad to talk with you and to offer tea/turkish coffee or wine :)
Breakfast is rather poor, but always fresh. It would be good to have a fresh juice - not juice from cartons)
Very good location, about 100 m a bit downhill from Aya Sofia. About 5 min walk to T1 tram station. Pacefull district. Directly in front of a Four seasons hotel. Friendly helpfull staff, most of them speak very good English. New rooms, new beds, new bathrooms, not very big, but everything you need. Nice view at the breakfast from the terace.
Excellent location, beautiful surroundings with a nice view of the Marmara sea and proximity of the interest, Aya Sofia, Blue Mosque and Topkapi Palace .Lovely and newly furnished rooms. Very comfortable,The staff were truly exemplary in their service,The breakfast was amazing. We will be returned to Turk Art again on our next visit to istanbul.
Nice and helpfull staff, very central location, nice area, clean, well renovated, picturesque and romantique for couples.
Although it has been renovated very good, it might be a bit noisy because its an original old building.
good location in the old city , all the staffs are helpful and nice. bathroom is very clean .
Perfect location, comfortable room,friendly staff
